“Customer service is zero. They were not helpful with order and just to add, you can't return a sofa if you are not pleased. They said I will lose 50% of the among I paid. Imagine an online business?? Only if you see the sofa you are ordering, run from them.”

“The service was excellent. The delivery was within the allotted time and the staff who unloaded it was extremely friendly and attentive, they set up the sofa and collected all the paper and wraparound plastic. I recommend 100%”

“We always order from Msofas. Never had any issues. Free samples so you can choose fabric and then quickly manufactured and delivered to the room of your choice and assembled with all the rubbish taken care of by the delivery team. A* service all around. Beautiful sofa. Our previous sofa ordered nearly 10 years ago is still going strong and found a new home.”

“Unfortunately the sofa is not too comfortable as the seating area is too short. It because very unpleasant to sit on it for longer periods. We are very disappointed.”

“Sofa is great but the extension for sofa bed is way too hard it’s impossible to really sleep on. We had some issues but they were resolved quickly by customer service.”

“Great sofa, super delivery. I am not sure I would have been as delighted with the sofa had I paid £2k but it is worth every penny that I did pay! I just hope it lasts as long as my now 20year old Gainsborough sofa!”

“Great experience! from beginning to finish. Thank you! I was provided with free fabric samples which I have selected before the purchase. It made my choice more decided. I have ordered a fabric corner sofa bed. The high-quality sofa, beautiful fabric and stylish finish. Wonderfully comfortable. The sofa has large storage and transfers into a comfortable bed. It has also a variety of pillows, rollers and headrests. Very affordable price for this kind of quality. Before the buy, I did my research and comparison. I have visited also some other companies' showrooms where sofas were highly overpriced and of worse quality sometimes. I waited for the sofa for 5 weeks. Very organised delivery, I was contacted by email about the dates and I needed to confirm the date if it is suitable. I was contacted by phone just before delivery. All sofa was assembled quickly and precisely in the place. Thank you.”
