Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback and we understand your frustration, however we feel this may have been a misunderstanding on responsibility for the delays you have experienced . As your mortgage broker, our primary role is to advise and then secure your mortgage offer, this was achieved by your adviser in approximately 3 weeks, (application to offer) which is a very reasonable time frame. Once your mortgage offer is issued the mortgage lender will assign solicitors to progress your case to completion, for which sadly we have little to no control over. Your adviser has sent emails requesting expedition on the process, but ultimately it's the solicitor firm who are then assigned responsibility to progress your case through to completion. We understand this may be frustrating, so we wanted to explain our position. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call us. We're always happy to help.

“We are extremely pleased with the help we have been provided with when buying our first house, we were lucky enough to have SUSAN Abbott as our mortgage advisor who made the process stress free and was with us at ALL times to make sure everything is running smoothly which we are very grateful for, couldn't recommend enough.
