“Joanne has been working with me for the past six months whilst I have been trying to purchase a property. Joanne has successfully attained two mortgage offers for me, and attained previous mortgage in principles for the best available rate for my requirements. I am unfortunately on my third attempt at completion on a property, after the previous two fell through and despite this Joanne has been the most efficient, helpful, mortgage broker I have ever come across. I was recommended Joanne by a friend, and I would strongly recommend Joanne at GHL Direct as a mortgage broker. I highly commend Joanne’s work ethic and dedication, extremely helpful and efficient.”

“I found David to be highly professional and knowledgeable from our very first meeting until the last. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated his advice and expertise as he guided me through the process. He was consistntly very responsive and was able to schedule calls at convenient times.
