“So far Gemma (Boden) has been amazing. From the first phone call Gemma has been nothing but a friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and professional source of advice and support for myself and my partner throughout this process of buying our first home. When other professionals such as estate agent and solicitor have demonstrated poor or lack of communication, mis-information and delays, Gemma has been nothing short of fantastic with swift replies, regular contact and generally giving us the time and explaining everything in detail in a way that we can understand. Nothing has ever been too much. We know she has other clients but we have been made to feel as though we are her only ones.
