“Shoes seemed well made except for a small factory error. Refund was made more difficult by the fact that instead of issuing a paid for receipt, they ask you to pay for postage yourself than claim refund for your postage costs separately.”

“I had to return a duplicate order - my fault. But customer services was singularly unhelpful! I wanted to return the more expensive item as I’d found a voucher to use. Service very disappointing! Goods ( pair boots) lovely”

“Hello I ordered the bag from Moda in Pelle and wasn't happy with zipping so I had to return it. However, my experience with customer service was good. They have returned my parcel money and also my bag money, it wasn't a hassle to go through and got it done easily. Thank u”

“The initial online ordering process was quick and easy but Moda In Pelle need to change carriers as we had issues in getting the shoes delivered as the first pair was totally lost and the second replacement pair were initially lost but then delivered a week late, this poor delivery service totally spoilt the initial order process!”

“Lovely stylish shoes using beautiful soft leather, I own many pairs however the last few purchased have felt a bit on the small size and needed to be returned (although the old ones fit fine) and refunds slow to be processed.”

“Found the trainers comfy and looked good until I wore them and realised there was glue on the leather which refuses to come off they also don’t sit straight on my foot the right shoe is misshapen Emailed Moda In Pelle they asked for photographic evidence which I sent heard nothing more Very disappointed”

“Sandels arrived quickly but incredibly disappointing quality, buckle almost impossible to do up and undo, footbed so uncomfortable turning feet in a very odd angle. Returned but has taken quite a while to get refund, overall very disappointing”

“I bought a pair of trainers in the sale and they were faulty, I informed customer service who said I could send them back for an exchange or refund however i had to pay the postage and they would refund up to £7 but the method they suggested is not even an option, why can they not send a free returns label to make the process easier for the customer. I'm now waiting for the refund for the shoes and the postage!!”

“Have been a MIP customer since the late 1970s and now purchase online. Having recently needed to return a pair of trainers I found the refund procedure was disappointingly slow and only prompted by my email request.”

“While loving the shoes online I was disappointed when I received them and thought they weren’t good value for money. The fabric was stretchy and gooey and the shoe when on my foot looked poor quality”
