“I bought a pair of trainers during the Black Friday event. The website was slow and I was concerned as after I had input my credit card details my order ‘disappeared’ so I reordered. I was advised by customer services that their website had been very busy and my order had gone through - but not twice as I expected. Once my second order went through, my shoes were dispatched and delivered promptly, I was regularly informed of my order status. I am delighted with my trainers; good quality, lovely colour and more importantly comfortable.”

“When my boots arrived I was delighted. Beautiful leather, beautiful style and so comfortable. But when I first wore them I noticed that there were pale patches on the toe of one of them. No amount of cleaning and polishing has solved it. I'm so very disappointed..”

“The shoes I bought arrived on time and it was easy to send them back. Customer service is very good, but the shoes themselves appeared to have a fault inside the shoe which made them painful to walk in. Generally Moda in Pelle have great feminine designs and a wide range for all occasions and uses - a nice step away from all the clumpy models around.”

“I ordered a pair of silver trainers which were too small for me. After -sales team were excellent and were very prompt and helpful in their replies. However, there was not a shop in the London area where I could return the shoes. I had to send them by recorded delivery which cost over £11 so this really discourages me from buying from Moda in Pelle again ,which is a shame.”

“I recently purchased cream boots “ Briane” style. I hadn’t realised until I came to try them that they have no zip. I was unable to get them on and had to return them. When the parcel was delivered i must have been out or the delivery driver couldn’t raise me. He left no note through the letter box to say he had thrown the parcel over my side gate and when I found the parcel it was soaking wet through to the box. Fortunately the boots were dry but the packaging was destroyed. Your Customer Services agreed that they could be returned in my own packaging and without a box. Perhaps a note to say they had been delivered and the location would have helped this situation. Your customer services were extremely helpful and resolved the problem. I am awaiting confirmation of my refund. Eve Littlewood”

“Lovely shoes, sadly the 7 (my usual size) in the sandal felt really big, and the green heel was a bit higher than I thought from the image so wanted to return them. I went into Norwich as the Google map showed a store there that was open. Drove half hour in and paid to park, walked to store that was nowhere to be found. Called the number that was disconnected, husband did a bit of searching and found a concession in a department store across town. Put more parking on the car, then ran across town to return to the concession, but was told I couldn't and had to pay to return them by post. Really frustrated. Moda did send a pre paid postage label after I complained, but it could have been a much easier process had they just amended their search engine mapping to show that they didn't have a store in Norwich anymore!”

“Cute shoes and fast delivery, just don't like that they don't do free returns/exchanges and it takes a long time to get the credit/cash back. Would be okay if they had locations around, but it makes it hard to pull the trigger on shoes when there is no free return/exchange policy.”

“Saddened that shoes ordered arrived in two different sizes and when I phoned to discuss this I was informed I needed to photograph them before returning them This was difficult to pick up on the photograph but we did as requested Returned the shoes asking for a replacement pair of two shoes in the same size and eventually received a refund which I had not requested I wanted the shoes So sadly disappointed didn’t even submit my receipts for postal because I thought this would be a waste of time”

“I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN GOOD TIME .I WAS SENT TWO PAIRS OF SHOES I HAD ONLY ORDERED ONE IT COST ME 16 POUND TO SEND THEM BACK I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE COVERED THE COST AS IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE .THEY ALSO WERE SO SMALL I COULDN'T GET MY FOOT IN THEM.”

“The purchase arrived quick enough and by convenient means, if I didn't have to return the boots it would have been 5 star review. But I had to return them as they were way too big. No only no free return offered, so I had to pay about £12 to make sure they teach the destination, but to get the refund taken ages, until PayPal involved. Quick to grab the money, but not so quick to return it 😔”

“Love a lot of the designs, but width/sizing is inconsistent. Quality is usually pretty good. Should always be free delivery & free returns - especially free returns, which is never offered by moda. Shoes are expensive to return for customers. This puts me off buying a lot.”

“The shoes were great, as usual, but this time they did not fit. I ordered the same pair in two colours fully expecting to keep both, but the navy pair was too big and the silver pair was miles too big. This is unusual as every other pair I have bought have fitted beautifully. I returned them, but have as yet not received a refund.”

“The shoes I ordered state they were a size 41 but were far too small when I took them back to the shop the lady said oh yes that style come up really small ! So the sizing is not correct !! What a waste of time and money :(”
