I really like the pumps and they were good value in the sale, but they are taking some breaking in, the back if the shoe is really hard on the back of ankles.

I’ve bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company and have been delighted with the quality of their products. However, when I needed to contact their customer service department I found their response very disappointing. There was little effort to see the problem from the customer’s viewpoint and when I asked for my query to be passed to the manager of the customer services dept, I was informed bluntly that this was not possible. A little charm and understanding goes a long way to keeping customers happy!

Good delivery time but doesn’t do free returns unless you return to store. If I had a store locally I would visit it instead of buying online.

The original pair of shoes I received had been worn and were really bad quality. I emailed customer services and they offered to pay for the return, someone rang me to process the refund for the postage but I’ve never received it. It was less than £2 so not bothered to chase it. The replacement shoes are lovely and really comfy but overall not a great experience.

Love the quality of goods. Great support for feet. Would be 5 stars on both of those. However I am a half size so 4 or 5 in moda and this means the requirement to pay for returns on shoes and boots is just not cost effective so it really limits what i even risk ordering. This would be a 1 and is quite,a showstopper for me.

previously I was happy however recently 1 pair arrived mismatched (2 cdifferent sizes) and then that shoe was out of stock causing us lots of wasted time and effort reordering etc

Very happy with the service I received at the store in York from Mercedes she redeemed it for the company as I'd had such poor service from the customer service team - I.e ignoring my emails, after a faulty product had been sent out to me. Not what you'd expect from a quality brand.

I've had many shoes and boots from Moda, all have been excellent quality and very comfortable. It's a shame the same can't be said in regard to customer service. I was recently sent completely different shoes from those I ordered and asked for a postage free label to return them. 17 emails and 3 phone calls later I was told the shoes I had ordered were out of stock so I now needed a refund. Allow 7 days they said, 7 days pass and I have to phone again to ask for my refund once more. What a shame an excellent product is let down by poor communication.

Loved the Aju Black Leather Trainer so comfy. Unfortunately, the other item returned to the store was not logged with Klarna and I have an issue with regards the refund and payment.

I loved the design and the fit on the shoes but for some reason they have built rubber toe underneath this really soft and lovely leather. Something similar to conver*e shoe- that smashed my toes for the time I only tried them. I couldn't stay like that all day or walk all day. Had to return. Been refunded fully but very disappointed. Literally felt in love with the shoe and had to return as extremely uncomfortable. No where in description on the website any toe cap has been mentioned

Not very impressed with the customer service. The boots I ordered were sent and I received 2 different boots one in the suede version and one in the leather. I absolutely loved the suede boot however once I got in touch with customer service they weren’t very helpful nor very fast at sorting the issue and the boots I originally ordered had now sold out in my size. It took them over 4 days to initially get back to me and as these were a birthday present from my husband I wasn’t very impressed. I asked the customer service to please double check if they had the correct boots in the warehouse but they simply replied no. The stock levels show none. However my argument was that if a leather boot had been misplaced in a suede boot box there may be a chance that there could be a suede boot in a leather boot box and simply asked them to check. The customer service was just completely unhelpful I called them but was told I had to email I emailed and got no reply so I went on the live chat and was told again to email so again sent another email and no reply all in all it took over two weeks to sort out my issue and was passed round quite a bit the boots however were lovely just a shame I never got them.

Disappointing and a little misrepresented. The boots are a lovely design and very smart. However the details on the website about the material they are made out of are a little misleading. I didn’t realise porvoir meant non leather, I checked the symbol to see what the upper was made of and it showed the leather symbol. When they arrived they are made of synthetic upper and feel and look plastic. Which gives them a different look and fit. A bit disappointed as any shoes I have brought from Moda before have been really good. Wish I had not brought them and saved my money towards a leather pair as now can’t afford to buy a second pair and they’ll probably end up in a charity box.
