“I love the products at Moda in Pelle, customer service is good too offering both telephone and email and web options, prices are competitive too, only thing that could be better is display of all items on a model so once can visually see prior to purchase what the item actually looks like on and thus avoid uncessary postage and returns hassel, other than this love this company and their products.”

“very easy to make a purchase on line. Fast delivery. No problems with product or execution of sale to delivery. Lovely quality boots. However, the zips keep falling down. Ive purchased other items from MIP before and have never had a problem. The boots practically fall off as they cover the instep to the ankle.”

“Having looked at these tassel suede boots for about a month, I decided to get them. And I love them. They're slightly too tight around my calves (but I'm a bit on the heavy side at the moment - something to aim for at the gym). They'll look great with a boho dress. Ordering was simple, delivery was quicker than expected and the box is beautiful (I like a good box!) My only criticism is that they're now reduced by a further £10...if only I'd waited another couple of weeks.”

“I have purchased many shoes/boots from this brand. I recently returned a pair of boots to store as they were too big around the calves. It is my first experience of returning an item and 10 days later, I am still awaiting a refund. Surely, refunds can be given in store!!”
