“The customer service at your Amersham store was lovely. The lady was very patient and helped me find the right pair of super cute trainers that I was on the search for! I really enjoy the designs of your shoes as they are comfortable and privide a little bit of extra pizzaz!”

“I actually returned the trainers as they weren’t a comfortable fit - I have lots of Moda in Pelle trainers but I do find the variation in fit can be an issue. That said the return process is easy and free to store and the in store staff are friendly & helpful. My only minor criticism is that I didn’t get any confirmation of the return - an email would be good at that point as it does take a while for the refund to be processed.”

“On 1st June, One pair of sandals(B Force Orange lethet, Size) that I had ordered was the last remaining pair, and were a two years old style. When I received them, I tried them on, but the left hand pair was narrower than the right hand pair by about 1cm. This was very noticeable just by looking at the sandals, so I had to return them to your warehouse by Evri , I contact the customer service twice, they replied they did not received them, so after a month I did not received my refund! However, last night and this morning I check the website again, and noticed that the B Force orange leather were on Sale again! I am therefore quite suspicious that this pair of sandals is the pair that I returned (and which I had been told did not arrive back at your warehouse). I consider it possible that perhaps when my order reached your warehouse, your staff maybe failed to record that my order had been delivered back to your warehouse. Would you please check if this is indeed the case.?”

“The shoes at Moda in Pelle are all lovely but I can always purchase with confidence, knowing I can simply send them back if they aren’t just what I want. I purchased with a voucher that was a refund for a fault in a pair of boots. It was all easy to correct. I continue to browse almost daily and have recommended your website to friends who are looking for the right pair of shoes to complement an outfit or are just crazy about shoes! “I have flat feet and it’s really difficult to find sandals that are not completely flat, with arch support. These are perfect and are very comfortable. Delivery was really quick and easy too.”
