“I’ve had a couple of pairs of shoes break recently - one I couldn’t return as they broke abroad but the other pair were faulty and the issue was refunded immediately”

“I have multiple issues with my feet so buying shoes is hit or miss for be but I’ve had many paid from here over the years. Most recently I bought sandals that were so comfy I bought them in another colour and they are as comfortable as my slippers but way better looking.”

“Sent the wrong shoes. Not the first time. I could not get a response to the customer service telephone line, so sent repeated emails. The responses wanted pictures and for me to return the incorrect shoes. After that, I called and spoke to CS. Who promised to send the shoes next day delivery. Nothing arrived.”
