“Overall the service is from MIP is good. Customer service can do with a little tweeking ie my recent communication with them was longer than it should be, as the issue with the return of a faulty boots was longer than necessary, apart from that I am pleased with MIP and the overall service they provide.”

“I got introduced to Moda in Pelle five years ago by a colleague at work. I will be honest I heard the name but always thought it’s for older generation (although I am sure I sit in that generation anyway what was I thinking) . Who am I kidding ! From boots, work shoes , fashionable sneakers without the sports look and not to mention out out ! . The amount of times I get stopped and asked where I got my footwear. Moda in pelle enables me to be comfortable, fashionable and different with a glam edge !”

“Their shoes are always beautiful , carefully packaged and just as described. Occasionally, things go wrong ..that's life but this is where Moda shines. Their customer service is superb, informed, speedy and you can speak to real people immediately who can resolve any query in a friendly and efficient way. This is how online shopping SHOULD be”

“The delivery of the items was fine. However, your return policy making the customer pay is very outdated. I haven’t see. This in a very long time! I suggest you either make this way clearer at payment point, or do some research to find another model, even if that means the customer pays towards the return and carriage is deducted, e.g. £2.99 as some stores do, to reduce their cost and subsidise yours. You can do better.”
