“I’ve bought numerous pairs of trainers from Moda In Pelle and loved every pair. The service is excellent, shoes arrive quickly, well packaged and are great quality. Doubtless I will buy again and again from this fantastic retailer. I’ve never had an issue so can’t comment on customer support though as never had an issue.”

“Boots arrived and were lovely but too big so I returned them 20 days ago. Moda and Prlle won't refund me as they say they haven't received my return, they told me to raise a complaint with the courier...i emailed Evri and they didnt reply so eventually opened a complaint with a chat bot. This has been so frustrating and time consuming and I still haven't had penny refunded...if only these companies gave refunds as efficiently as they take your payment. Ive now been told to wait another 10days and if I hear nothing to try again....very bad service as the boots were £70.”

“Over the last few years I have only purchased my footwear from Moda in Pelle. Their shoes are always great quality, so well made - a little bit different from the high street - and above all, soooo comfortable. Moda in Pelle, always my "go-to" when I need new footwear, whether it be for sandals, boots, trainers, heels for an occasion - or even when I just want to increase my collection! ;-) What's not to love..?”

“I really liked the trainers on the website described as taupe but when they arrived they were more gold. I’ve kept them because they were in the sale and I can’t be bothered to send them back. I like the style and they look good when wearing them but I wish the colour was less shiny gold and more neutral, taupe”
