“I have always liked the shoes, very good quality. However, the service is now shocking and putting me off. I ordered on the 17th February, it is now 4th March and still not received my shoes. I have emailed them, messaged through insta and had no reply. I also phoned their number whoch says 9-5 but when I called at 4pm the lines were closed. Absolutely shocking service.”

The fit and comfort and durability are well recommended for all types of shoes. My husband tells me I’m buying too many but the quality and pricing are too good to miss or ignore!”

“COMFY TRAINER BUT COLOUR IS NOT WHITE. IT IS DEFINATLY A LIGHT GREY. KEPT AS TO SEND BACK WOULD HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE COSTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO CHANGE THE COLOUR DECRIPTION.”

“On purchasing the boots Moda in pelle automatically tried to get me to use Klarna, I didn't and eventually paid on my card. They use Evri, so don't bother with paying next day delivery, it will takes as long as standard delivery if you're lucky. The boots were incredibly small and tight. I returned them over a week ago, following their instructions, tracked and signed for, at my cost and have yet to see any form of refund! Moda in pelle have basically just taken £54 from me.”
