“Order placed on 6th Jan Order received on 11th Jan Order Returned - Evri collected on 13th Jan Refund received to PayPal on 9th Feb! Communication between these dates - dreadful! Simply not good enough to wait almost 4 weeks for a refund! Will think twice before purchasing on line again!”

“Lovely boots but they weren’t for me so returned, however, very poor communication from Moda in Pelle, had to keep sending chase emails including the photo of proof of return to warehouse to get a refund but no contact from them. Waited 16 working days for refund that should have been issued in 10.”
