“Up to now my experiences have been great. This last time around, having made a return a few weeks ago I still have not had my refund. I have contacted you but am getting no response. It has rather put me off ordering from you again.”

“Bought Across trainee/pumps. Absolutely love them but metal logo stud came off at back of heel after only a few wears. Got in touch with Moda whom sent a replacement stud, replacement arrived….didn’t fit!!🙄. Got in touch again…They then asked to return the trainers to them to fix. Needed them for hols so thought I’d go into store to speed the process up. Store gave me a new set of metal studs…got home, they still don’t fit.😠 All of it such a damn faff!!! I know it’s only a metal stud but trainers looked naff with one missing. Had to paid a local cobbler to sort. Should it happen again…I’ll def be asking for a replacement pair of trainers, and not accept a replacement stud!! Would have been 5 stars as love the trainers, but customer service failed this time!!!”

“I am not too pleased with my recent purchase with Moda In Pelle where I bought an Eviee Fuschia Leather in size 4 via online shopping. I was disappointed to receive that the size is very small compared to the shoes that I always get in the same size although I love the quality. Had to return to MIP branch in Belfast and the staff there are so amazing.”

“The items I ordered arrived surprisingly quickly I normally use the click and collect method as the shop is just down the road, but as this was for several pairs of boots I didn't want to have to lug a huge parcel home. The order was correct but unfortunately, none of them were suitable so to avoid having to pay postage return I ended up going to the store anyway! The assistant was friendly and efficient and issued the refund (I had double checked all pairs of boots were on the return list as in the past they missed a pair and I ended up severely out of pocket with no proof of return). This is where the rating dropped stars - the refund which went back on my bank card didn't appear in my account for 15 days which quite frankly ridiculous. I returned another item in another shop the same day and it appeared in my account 24 hours later. Overall I would use Moda in Pelle again as I like the shoes and find they are a good fit but would prefer to buy in-store if they are available (they weren't on this occasion) as the wait for a refund was ridiculous.”

“Order arrived quickly but the fit wasn’t quite right and there were some scuffs on the shoes. The refund took a few weeks to come through, received shortly after prompting by email. A bit disappointed for the prices online”

“Just had delivery of willow bag not happy as this is how it was delivered .it was not damaged by courier it was just badly packed with willow handles without protection card should have been under handles but that was not how it was packed so it ended up with bad dints from them handles .”

“I paid over£4 for my shoes (3rd pair of shoes ordered in last 6 week spending nearly £300) to be delivered next day..this was ordered on saturday to be delivered sunday (as paid for)its now Monday. I'm still waiting for my purchase. I wanted them for an event I was attending sunday eve! And I have no idea how I claim my refund for next day delivery paid. Your disappointed S M Hale”
