Bought Across trainee/pumps. Absolutely love them but metal logo stud came off at back of heel after only a few wears. Got in touch with Moda whom sent a replacement stud, replacement arrived….didn’t fit!!🙄. Got in touch again…They then asked to return the trainers to them to fix. Needed them for hols so thought I’d go into store to speed the process up. Store gave me a new set of metal studs…got home, they still don’t fit.😠 All of it such a damn faff!!! I know it’s only a metal stud but trainers looked naff with one missing. Had to paid a local cobbler to sort. Should it happen again…I’ll def be asking for a replacement pair of trainers, and not accept a replacement stud!! Would have been 5 stars as love the trainers, but customer service failed this time!!!
