“I love the styles of your shoes. The sizing varies by style though, which means size 4 in style A fits perfectly and a size 4 in style B is too big.”

“Trainers were faulty and went through a rigmarole of emails and messages to return and receive a refund. If you send a second message they put you to the end of the queue again. Not enough choices for answer below. It took 4 days”

“Hello I ordered the sandals with very high hopes of comfort and style but I was disappointed and had to return them . The elastic heel strap would have been better if it had of been adjustable and they were too wide for my feet ! Didn’t feel secure on my feet so so probably suit a wider foot even though my daughter has the Nevada sandals which seem much more comfortable to wear !”

“I ordered some fabulously coloured shoes but forgot to add my discount code. Within seconds I emailed Moda in Pele asking if this could be corrected. I was advised it couldn’t. The shoe soles are thin and my feet blistered terribly when I wore them. Such a shame as the leather looked so soft.”

“Recently bought a pair of trainers and sandals, I haven't purchased from Moda in Pelle for a while as I had some faulty shoes last year and getting a refund was very slow. Decided to give them another try. Sandals lovely, only worn once. Trainers Comfy and stylish. Overall pleased with my purchase, I like the style of Moda in pelle shoes and they are reasonable prices.”

“I have had boots and sandals. Pretty pleased with the quality except for one pair where the colour did not match the online picture. I have found the fit is good and comfortable. Dislike paying for returns as it’s expensive for shoes and this has put me off. Perhaps a flat or subsidised rate could be considered.”

“Sadly I had to return the trainers as the right one was too tight across my foot. Lively trainers and was refunded quickly and without any fuss.”

“Love their shoes but their customer service is terrible. Well, once you can get them they'll sort but probably easier to get hold of the President of the United States. They make taking your money very easy but if you have any reason to need customer services be prepared to cross them off your future buying list”

“I live in NZ and bought 2 pairs of loafers size 39. I already had a pair of moda in pelle loafers bought previously which fitted perfectly size 39. Unfortunately the 2 I have just got are too big and now I can't return due to such high postal costs ( will cost me half the price of the shoes) very disappointed. This has now put me off future orders :(”

“Very heavy sandals when wearing sadly I did wear or I would have returned them ! They wil” be uncomfortable on a hot day a# the chunky heals are to heavy for the sandal! Sorry look beautiful though if just looking at them !...”

“Love the products but the lack of free returns is very disappointing and makes me much less likely to shop there in future. Particularly as I ordered two pairs of shoes in the same size - one too big and one too small. It's hard to shop confidently online with inconsistent sizing. It cost me £7 to return both pairs.”

“Very Quick delivery. But boots looked like they’d been walked around from the look of the soles & one had a small mark on, although I kept them I was disappointed , so would think twice before ordering online from Moda pelle again.”

“Ordered some beautiful shoes in a 41 Recieved and tried on only to realise that although they were in a 41 box they were infact a size 39. Got prepaid label to return however took 3 weeks until I got a replacement, fit beautifully but unfortunately has out me off for the time being although some fantastic offers on offer at the moment”

“I love the designs of this brand, but I think the price is too much for the quality. I have bought boots that were £150 and the inside of the heel has broken so the heel would not hold my weight. The last boots I bought I sent back because they were cheap looking. I think the company would really benefit from just upping the quality a level”
