I paid over£4 for my shoes (3rd pair of shoes ordered in last 6 week spending nearly £300) to be delivered next day..this was ordered on saturday to be delivered sunday (as paid for)its now Monday. I'm still waiting for my purchase. I wanted them for an event I was attending sunday eve! And I have no idea how I claim my refund for next day delivery paid.
