“I neer received my parcel and I haven't had any response to 3 emails I have sent asking for a refund. All I get is emails to review my purchase, not sure how I can do that when I ahven't received it, very dissapointed”

“The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received a faulty pair of trainers which I returned after submitting pictures to them. Each time you email them it takes around 5 days for their customer service to get back to you. I eventually received a refund after weeks of mailing them back and forth only to find they had not refunded me in full. I am still out of pocket and owed the initial postage I paid for a pair of faulty trainers. Contacted them again about this and they didn't even read my message properly and just confirmed that a refund had been made. It's been nearly 6 weeks of stress and inconvenience from my initial message to them. The saga goes on. Off to trading standards to resolve the matter as no one seems capable of reading your messages properly.”

“Well made footwear with some interesting designs. The comfort factor is good and the sizing is consistent over different colours of the same style - not always true! I have never had a problem with any purchase, I have loved all of them. My only crticism is the lack of half-sizes in shoes. I am a 5.5 and can use a 5 in boots and sandals but not in shoes, 5 is too small and 6 is too big!”

“What can I say! I have 3 pairs of trainers, at least 5 pairs of boots, shoes and sandals They are fantastic! I don’t buy any other brand. They always fit and are comfortable. I don’t even look at other brands now Buy Moda in Pelle”

“I have raised multiple orders with Moda in Pelle. The quality of the shoes is reasonable for the price and there are regular discounts. The only downside of ordering on line is that the returns process is very slow as well as the response from customer service. However, delivery is always fast.”

“I have bought several pairs of boots from Moda in Pelle over the years and have found them so comfortable and stylish. The leather is so soft and there is never any need to 'wear them in'. I will always only buy them although they are also well wearing there is no need to replace them but there are so many lovely colours and styles to choose from!”

“Firstly I incorrectly ordered boots with buckle when I wanted without buckle. Completely my error. I phoned customer service who were brilliant. Issued me with a returns label and arranged for the correct boots to be sent. Very pleased with quality of boots.”
