The shoes were too small. I found the returns process very complex in comparison to other companies. I was unable to do an exchange as you didnt have the shoe available in the next size up & if I ordered a different type of shoe you dont offer an exchange....you have to refund wait for it to come through approx 2 and a half weeks before I can purchase again. As I was using part gift voucher I found this a really lengthy process.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on line. I returned them to the store, whereupon I was advised that I couldn't do that. I was then told a few days later, that I could. I used Klarna as a form of payment. They initially only refunded one pair and I had to make contact regarding the other pair. Eventually this was all sorted out. I wouldn't use the online system again. The staff in store were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Hi yes the service was very good but unfortunately you sent me the wrong shoes. I contacted Moda in Pelle and they said they di not have my size in the shoes I ordered They also said they would reimburse the money back into my bank and I could also keep the shoes that they sent me as a good will gesture. Thought that was very nice of them :)

U love Moda in pelle shoes and would normally go to their shops. Due to lockdown I ordered online. The delivery was fine but the I had to return the shoes as they were too big. It took 3 weeks for my money to be refunded and will not be ordering online anymore.

Ordered a lovely pair of shoes which, unfortunately, were too high for me so returned them immediately requesting another pair (different style but same size and price) in exchange. None arrived so I telephoned to check the returned parcel had arrived and whether the replacement pair of shoes had been forwarded. Was disappointed to be told that I could only request an exchange for the same style but in a different size, or a refund. This was not made clear on the invoice in the parcel. The lady I spoke to did not seem very helpful, nor did she suggest reordering the replacement style over the phone. Her apparent lack of interest really put me off placing another order directly via the website. Also must comment on the poor packaging. I have ordered MIP shoes from other outlets and the shoes always arrive beautifully packaged. The shoes I received were loose inside a large box with only two sheets of tissue paper - really disappointing. I assume the pair I received had been returned from other customers more than once!

Unfortunately. Had to return shoes , normally an easy transaction . 18th June email says it will be refunded within 7 working days . 9 th July still waiting as apparently refund is through Klama ! not Moda who I then contacted but no success as of today. Will not order online again from Moda. Love the shoes so will just shop in store in-store in future.

Having to return (twice) faulty sandals, one pair had been previously worn...having to provide photographic evidence before being able to return them at my expense then having claim back the postage really is poor customer service. I emailed the CEO who ignored my email and so after two bad experiences, I will not order from them again.

I've always liked their shoes, they fit well and comfortable. The only downside was that you have to pay for your return online which costed quite a bit. A lot of online shopping websites would provide free returns so l'm afraid l won't buy the these shoes online again.

Feels like Quality isn't as good as it used to be also given current circumstances where cannot return in store I feel aggrieved at the postage costs to return items which are not suitable because quality lacking

Goods arrived quickly and I felt sizing was on the small side for this product. No free returns policy so would not order again and I had to send 4 e mails and finally involve my Credit Card company in getting a refund so first experience not great however you do have lovely shoes

I loved my trainer's and was very happy as I do buy a lot of my shoes from Moda in pelle, however I washed (in the sink) now it looks like the sole gad come away from the shoe

Ordered handbag and sparkly Silver heeled sandals. Shoebox was correctly marked but not contents inside which turned out to be black trainers. I had a very job returning the faulty item as no returns label available. I had to pay for return postage and took numerous calls to eventually get a refund. Customer services cannot do this, only the accounts department who only call on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not a very satisfactory experience for my first purchase.

I love your shoes, but find the ordering experience problematic. I cannot download/print a proper invoice for any of my orders. I can only print order confirmations..

The lower strap was around my little toe. Not the right position for my feet. Loved the style & quality was ok. Definitely not as great as it used to be. But for £30 can’t complain

Ordering quick and easy - please sort out return policy. Having your own courier service would make life so much easier. Sent back using an external courier and it wasn't till I checked where my replacement shoes were that I knew the package had been lost!!! Nightmare!!!!!

I didn’t realise how glittery the sandals were. Thought from picture is was suede. I will keep though as inconvenient to send back.
