“Usually very good but I was a bit upset that you could not fulfill my order even though they were showing stock online Can’t understand why this is not checked before putting online as I’ve been keeping check every day to see if they became available in my size.”

“I used Moda in Pelle for the first time and everything was straightforward until I had to return my order. The shoes were gorgeous but too wide so needed to be returned. Due to the high value of the shoes, I paid £8 to ensure insurance to cover the cost in the event of loss. This was 10% of the shoe cost. This is my negative experience.”

“Normally I would rave about the shoes I have bought. My last purchase was an epic fail. I bought some trainers which seemed to fit well on wearing them in the house. Wore them out a found they cut my little toe on my right foot. Really disappointed.”

“Fast delivery, unfortunately I had to send the shoes back as they were too wide (and I don’t have narrow feet) and this is the reason I only give 3 stars. The return was simple.”

“The sandals are lovely but at the original price of £69. I was expecting leather I normally only buy leather especially in a sandal as you wear these on holidays in hotter climates and your feet do not sweat as much in leather.”

“They have always been my utmost favourite shoe supplier, I have narrow feet and M.I.P shoes have always fit like a glove, but sadly of late I have had to return all my on-line purchases as they have all been far too wide.”

“Shoes delivered in a good time and condition. However the sticker on one shoe was on the inside and when removed damaged the soft surface lining. Would be good if your stickers were on the sole rather than soft shoe material.”
