“Absolutely love your shoes but will no longer purchase on line due to having to pay returns , a big company like this I was very disappointed to have to pay to return and will not order anymore products”

“Disappointed that the slingback was so tight I couldn’t get them on I am a size 36 so feel they were faulty and was expecting my p/p to be refunded also .”

“Shoes arrived quick after I ordered them. The shoes I ordered were beautiful but I found I had to glue one off the soles back together at the top as it came away after maybe 2 wears . Could be how I walk unsure so didn't bother getting intouch.”

“I have been purchasing your shoes for many years and love them. However I will not be purchasing any more shoes online as I disagree with having to pay to return unwanted items !! This is a costly process. I would like the shops to reopen in Lakeside !!”

“Delivery good. Sandals lovely, Good quality and price., but too narrow for me. wanted to order multiple pairs to try as I purchase lots on line. Put off by return postage cost, so have shopped elsewhere instead.”

“Really like the shoes and boots, always good quality and comfy. However not impressed with online ordering, and the fact that I had to pay £13 to return the 2 pairs that I did not keep (I ordered 6 pairs) will not be ordering online again!”

“Bought shoes recently from moda Pele and really loved them at first but after wearing for a few weeks the patent leather appears to be cracking. ..so I am not happy at all...a friend bought the same pair and hers have cracked fully.. B”
