“Bought shoes recently from moda Pele and really loved them at first but after wearing for a few weeks the patent leather appears to be cracking. ..so I am not happy at all...a friend bought the same pair and hers have cracked fully.. B”

“Not good ,looks as if worn and creased marks across the tops of both boots.Told I can send them back but have to pay to do so NOT good as they are not top standard .”

“Lovely pair of boots. Unfortunately had to return them as I’m a half size. Most shocking was the £9.99 postage to return them which was the cheapest option. All other retailers given the current climate are offering free extended returns. As a result will seriously consider any future purchases.”

“I only ordered these boots because they were sale price and was disappointed on the quality. If I had of paid full price I think I would have been outraged. And to then have to pay for returns.”

“My order was delivered very quickly but I have returned one of my orders by post ,had to pay £4.10, you have received it back on the 20th April but i have had no response from you about my refund ,think it is not right that I have to pay to return them. I am unable to return to a shop as I don't know when they will open any time soon . I like your products very much but if I want to get online need to be sure they fit as it will cost a lot to return by post and still awaiting refund”

“I love the quality of the shoes but what lets the company down for me is paying for returns. Shoes are difficult to buy online as you have to try them so when a pair sadly don’t fit correctly (mine had a gap at the heel), then paying over £5 to return through no fault of your own leaves a sour taste and puts me off reordering again. In order to compete with online companies free returns for me, is the deal breaker. Such a shame as I really love the products :(”

“The shoes themselves were lovely however they were too big and had to be sent back. Was disappointed that is cost me £6.50 to send back as they have a pay to return policy. This resulted in me not risking ordering the smaller size as was worried I would have to pay again to send them back.”

“The delivery was fast and I love the boots! They were slightly too tight and uncomfortable on the heel side, but I have used a shoe stretcher spray and wore it for a few hours around the house. Now the boots are a perfect fit. The shoe is scratched in the front but I put some shoe polish and it seems to disappear. I needed them to use immediately after delivery so that is why I decided I will not return them.”

“The boots I purchased are really nice, however when they arrived one of then has a fault on the side of the boot the leather is different to the rest of the boot. I have kept the item due to Covit-19 as I was unable to return them and they were still a good price.”

“I love Moda In Pelle products but was disappointed I had to pay to return unwanted items Via a courier company especially as your stores are closed at the moment . I e-mailed several times to ask if I could have a freepost label but didn’t get any reply.”

“Ordered these boots mainly because they not only looked nice but were on sale for less than £30! However, as nice as they are, they are quite firm and inflexible making my feet cramp before even leaving the house! I will continue to try and break them in as the quality is superb. Time will tell.”
