I've been buying MiP shoes and boots, plus gloves etc for my Fiancee, for over 9 years, and have always considered them a high end purchase, still, my opinion has changed after purchasing a pair of Wanda boots from my local HoF in Cardiff Christmas time, she has literally wore them twice, and nearly all the buttons on one boot have literally just fallen off, not discovered till we arrived home on both occasions, and the heels have worn away quicker than they should have, this is extremely disappointing, still paid £150 for them in the sale, I would like these boots replaced, or a full refund please, I have pictures.

I have made several orders with Moda in Pelle, which I have been really pleased this. Unfortunately, this time it was a disaster! I placed an order, it had not arrived 10 days later and the tracking info just kept saying 'at depot'. I phoned Moda in Pelle customer services, was told it had gone to Hull (I am in the South), and it would be reshipped. I waited another week. I phoned again and was told 'it is not our fault as it is with the carrier'. However, I ordered from Moda in Pelle and that is who my contract is with. I was then told I could have a refund. After waiting 7 working days, it was still not in my paypal account, so I phoned Moda in Pelle where they finally have given me a refund. This took a total of over 5 weeks.

Disappointed. The last boots I purchased from you were not box fresh worn with faulty zip.The boots were returned which I payed for No apology. Was given a 10% reduction on next purchase unfortunately this did not cover for the return.I have bought many many items of footwear from you ankle boots trainers etc.Been forced to shop at Marc Fisher.and Bronx.I have put sandals on my basket but I need a substantial discount Sincerely Caroline. Awful customer service. I returned items back to the store a fortnight ago and I am still waiting for a refund. Contacted Moda In Pelle customer services several times and they were useless and one assistant in particular was rude and arrogant. They need to urgently sort out their returns and refunds process.

I can see we completed the refund at the end of January however we have been made aware this week of issues through our payment provider which has delayed the actioning of these refunds. I am pleased to assure you that they have confirmed that this is now resolved. Very rude and bad customer services. I purchased some shoes and even though I emailed them proof of me returning the item with a special delivery tracked receipt? Over a month later i have still not received a refund for the returned item? I have followed every instructions by their returns policy which is the reason for my low rating. I was a regular customer but not anymore!

I had to return a pair of Faulty boots in which you agreed to pay the postage all though I got a full refund for the boots despite several emails which you clearly ignored I am still waiting for my postage money back and I quite personally think your customer service is very poor

Unfortunately I'm disappointed in the dispatch time and quality. My order took 3 weeks to arrive. I was initially very pleased as they looked like a beautiful pair of boots however after one wear the stitching on the detailing on the front has come away and two of the stones have fallen out.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. Neither arrived. Had to chase. First pair became out of stock. And was told the 2nd pair were lost with Hermes. Don’t think we’re ever posted. Now they are all out of stock.

I didn’t receive my order I was very disappointed as it was a Christmas present as you use Hermes I will not order on line again they are horrendous you did try to track my order but they couldn’t find it the boots I ordered where then out of stock so I got a refund my advise would be STOP using Hermes

Unfortunate my experience with Moda in Pelle has been a total disaster! My boots approx 3 weeks old the sole completely gave away while 50 miles from my home. After complaining and made feel that it was my fault by customer services I was send an email to say they were sorry of any inconvenience. With no boots over the Christmas period and now waiting on my refund for over 2 weeks with still no reply I am sure you can understand my frustration with this company!
