“This is the 2nd time you have requested a review to be made so I am now going ahead. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes which arrived in a terrible state. I took photos and complained, I have purchased lots of pairs of shoes from you which have been perfect but the latest 2 pairs are absolutely terrible. I did not get a response from my email so I phoned and spoke to someone, explaining the situation, The lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She was brilliant, however that does not excuse the state the footwear came in. I am reluctant to order any further footwear from you now.”

“My purchase did not arrive, I emailed them they said it got list in the post and they had now sold out of this item, I was very upset about this. They had my money for nearly a month, I then look on there website and they are still advising this item in my size, this also happened to someone else I know. I love moda in pelle footwear but I will stick to buying in store from now on, their customer service stinks.”

“In my opinion in these unsettled times Moda n Pele should allow free returns as I have recently paid £11 for a tracker return and therefore will not be ordering from this company again until they change their policy!”

“Totally disappointed, have bought many items from Moda and recently ordered boots which were a bad fit. Couldn't return to a store due to Covid 19 and all stores closed, have been told I have to take them to a post office and pay to return them. In these difficult times you would think that they would provide a return label just like all other companies. Will not use them again even with their 10% offer for writing a revue.”

“Very unhelpful had to pay 8.99 to return my purchases due to paying through klarna & all stores being closed. Rang customer services they hung up on me 5 times before actually answering & couldnt help me at all! Klarna on the other hand was thankfully very helpful! So my bargain shoes cost me a fortune in the end!!!!”

“I ordered shoes 20th March before lockdown. I have called twice since and been told they would look into it and call me back. They haven’t. Now a month later I have put in a claim with PayPal as no shoes and no refund”

“I was sent the the wrong size boots in the right size box.. Size4 in a size 6 box I got in touch straight away when I received them and I was assured there were plenty of my size in stock so not to worry.. After several phone calls to get the right size delivered to me I was then informed there were none left.. Very disorganised and I was so disappointed..”
