“Disappointed!! Great shoes and quick delivery. The gold tab came off the bow the first day of wearing them to the office. Contacted customer services who responded promptly but STILL waiting for replacement to arrive 4 weeks on so haven’t worn the shoes since.”

“Very disappointed I purchased 2 pair of boots in the sale at the 6.12.19 and they where never delivered I am still waiting for a refund on my item as the lady at customer service said that I did not put my house number on the order so my parcel could not be delivered and it will take 3+ weeks to get my money back as the boots need to be back at the warehouse. I am still waiting for my money back Do not buy from this site”

“Ordered shoes on line for my girlfriend at Christmas. When she opened them, one was a size 3 and the other a size 4. Not a problem to return them but none in stock until a few days later...YEAH... imagine the disappointment when the shoes inside were totally different!!!!”

“Shoes too small...other pair too big. And NO RETURNS UNLESS YOU PAY OR TAKE THEM IN STORE!!!! I still have the shoes sitting in my boot needing to return them!!! I won’t buy online again as there is no decent return policy and sizing is weird.”

“How was it for me? Well the first pair I bought on Black Friday sale. The day they arrived was also the day they went into the winter sale £20 lower than I paid. That’s shabby behaviour. The second item I ordered and paid in 17th December. Email 2 days ago saying out of stock. Still waiting refund. So fair to say not a good impression”

“I was very disappointed with the service I received and write to you about it. My order was not despatched on time and I waited nearly three weeks to get my boots which were for a special occasion. You gave me 15% off which I don’t think is enough and I said this in my e nail that you didn’t answer. I really love my boots but the delivery was really poor.”

“I’ve wrote to moda in pelle twice now explaining I haven’t received my order. I’ve paid but still no boots over a month later. I’ve also tried calling my nearest store. Cannot get through. Very quick to take your money but don’t give your your purchase.”

“Ordered a pair of boots which didn’t fit. Had to pay to return them, didn’t receive my refund but instead was sent another pair in a larger size which I didn’t ask for. Then I had to pay to send the second pair back which meant going to the post office at the busiest time of year! Would not purchase from here again I’m afraid. The purchase has cost me £12 in posting for a pair of boots that didn’t fit.”

“I ordered and payed for 3 pair of boots on line. Received confirmation of the ordered I had to phone on 2 occasions to find out what had happened to my order. No one tried to contact me when I finally gl thru they said that 2 boots were available but the leather boots could not be found, you then cancelled my order refunded payment but the most annoying part was no apology and I had to keep checking where the order was Very disappointed”

“Absolutely awful customer service!! Boots never arrived had to ask three times for a refund and person in customer services was rude and patronising (Kelly)!! Will never shop with Moda in Pelle again and would advice others to stay clear of this company!! Disappointing and disgraceful service!”
