My order number 1741120 has still not been refunded. This was apparently refunded on the 14th March. I have still not received it and have emailed customer service twice. Please look into this, thanks Victoria Paul

No Refund, No Response – Appalling Service (order number 1744124) I returned a pair of boots on 28th of February using Evri’s 2-day courier service, and I believe the seller received them within a few days. Yet, I heard nothing for two weeks. When I chase them, they conveniently claimed the boots only arrived on 12th of March—seriously? I was then told to wait another 10 working days for a refund, which is already excessive in today’s world of instant transactions. But even after that wait, there has been no refund, no acknowledgment, and no communication—a disgraceful level of customer service. I emailed them again, and unsurprisingly, no response. Absolutely unacceptable. It seems I have no choice but to go through my bank to receive the refund

Ordering my purchase wasn't a problem it was when my delivery was delivered to another branch by mistake then to be sent back to your warehouse to be sold to another customer I emailed your customer service but still.havent received a reply as to this date

Returned these boots weeks ago and still waiting for a refund ,the boots had loose chain around the ankle ,l have proof of return from evri which l sent to moda and pele to no avail, the only people you can talk to is robots ,awful customer service.

I ordered pair of dual fasten trainers. However they were much to small. My payment also said it hadn't went through therefore I ordered again so ended up with a duplicate pair and charged twice. I returned both and awaiting refunds for both pairs.

Customer service is slow to respond. I bought a pair of shoes, size 7, when they arrived one shoe was 7 the other a size 6, contacting Moda in Pelle was hard work, no one answers the telephones, leaving email the only choice, they didn't reply on the 3 days it stated and only after a 2nd email did I get a response. Very poor service.

I am waiting for a replacement for my faulty shoes, which I have returned and have not yet received. Please discuss with your team. They should also have received a message as requested by you.

I ordered 2 sizes of trainers and it has taken 2 months to finally receive a pair and a refund for the returned pair. Moda in Pelle are very difficult to contact and slow to respond.

Returned my order because the boots did not fit. Did not received my refund for almost three weeks, and only after I opened a PayPal dispute. Impossible to get any response from customer service phone line or online chat, and emails ignored. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. No apology at all for the poor service. Will never purchase anything from Moda in Pelle again.

The online shopping experience was good, however I did return all but 2 of the pairs of shoes I ordered to store. Visiting the store to do this, one of the members of staff was incredibly disgruntled about the fact that I'd shopped online and not instore and that I should have known all items were in stock for me to try to save returning them all. My preference was for both me and my daughter to try the shoes on at home and choose the styles we liked as quite frankly, shopping in Leeds is not her idea of a great time. The shop assistant just kept going on about how they won't have jobs if everyone shops online... online shopping has been around for years and years.... everyone still has a job. It was very unprofessional. My refund took TWENTY ONE days to credit my account and I had to chase customer services via email for it. Not impressed at all.

I have found Moda In Pelle the worst company I have ever dealt with! I have been trying to receive a refund on boots I sent back on 20th January and they said it would be processed by 10th February but still nothing only a confirmation email to say they had been dispatched again!! Absolute joke and no one will answer the telephone number!!!

I first order a size 5 boot took too long to turn up as I ordered next day delivery, a week later I got them . Size 5 to big so reordered a size 4 they turned up on time , sent the size 5 back for a refund and surprisingly they sent me yet another size 5 ???? I have had to return them yet again and still not had my refund, not a happy customer

Ordered some boots which looked fab online, but on arrival, to me they didn’t look - as I was expecting. Which is fine that happens. Returned item, and I don’t feel the returns policy is clear. Item was delivered back to them on the 13th January. As stated by the courier I used. The refund process can take up to 10 working days. That did pass, so I made contact to see how they were getting on - as I had received no communication from MIP themselves, only the courier I used. They stated that the boots hadn’t been received until 10 days later, on the 23rd and the process will take 10 workings days from the 23rd. Better communication would be great. Wondering if this is a scam. Haven’t bought from Moda in Pelle in a long time. So they maybe only look after their regulars. But based on this experience. I would only shop in store not online with them.

I am a very disappointed customer! I’ve bought a shoes for my friend as a bday present and unfortunately after an hour wearing the varnish came off. I’ve returned but they did not accept it! They have sent it back without any explanation! Can I have a customer service email address or phone number please?

Really lovely product, but sadly let down by bizarrely bad service. First, drove out 45 mins to my nearest store to exchange products, but it was closed with no sign on the windows indicating why or when it would reopen. Wasted journey/morning. I then returned the two styles I wanted to change by post - and 6 weeks later am still awaiting a long-promised refund. Noone seems to know why it's taken so long and I'm shocked that any business nowadays hasn't caught up with what customers expect now.

Lovely boots but absolutely appalling customer service. I returned boots size too big in a store on new years day and still waiting for a refund (two weeks later). On the same day ordered another pair in store which arrived faulty(same defect on boots I tried in store). I got in touch with customer service 6 days ago straight after receiving my order and still my issue haven't been resolved. I'm waiting for a second reply. Over £200 spent and no boots to wear therefore very disappointed.
