I ordered a pair of boots in the sale, I paid in good faith and got an email to confirm my order, and they had taken my money. Some days later I got an email to say my order had been cancelled! I did not ask for my order to be cancelled.. moda just did it! ...Just be aware if you order, you may not get the goods! Very very bad customer service moda in pelle!! I’m not one for putting bad reviews out there, I believe In fairness, but in this case I think it was very much needed.

Expensive mistake. Ordered boots and shoes, sizing extremely small. Had to return parcel by tracked service as stated on their returns instructions. The package which was extremely large (boots & Shoes) was very expensive to return. Problems with buy online.. mistake never to be repeated.

Awful customer service They dont care ho wupset you are if theres an issue and never follow co,plaints up Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt buy from them again Always respond to reviews as though theyre looking into it and going to help when they're in fact not doing anything at all to rectify upset.

I ordered a pair of beautiful navy boot. When it arrived it was damaged. I can't understand why they were sent to me in this condition. I returned the boots and asked for a replacement but I was refunded the money and given 10% off my next order. I went online to reorder and they were no longer available. Very disappointed with this as I really loved the bootstrap.

Sent off a complaint as the "skin" on the bottom of the shoe looked shredded after wearing o ce at a wedding, received nothing back from complaint

Good Morning I am sorry to read of your experience with this purchase. I can see we sent a reply to your complaint on 17th February - I am sorry if you have not received this. The sole of this style comes with a very thin protective film on the bottom of the shoe which needs removing prior to wear - I can appreciate if you were unaware of this that this can look unsightly after a wear with it still on. Ordered two pairs of shoes , one was cancelled by the company because quality control had decided they were not in good enough condition to send them the other pair I ordered arrived and were damaged so had to be sent back. Would not order from them again.

My order never arrived. When I enquired, it apparently had got lost between leaving the warehouse and arriving at the courier. The item was then out of stock. Wasted 3 weeks.

Sent the wrong size had to send photo. Return arranged then out of stock no alternative offered bought the boots from House of Fraser no problem

Bag arrived broken and clearly used. Scratches all over it, pearls where missing. Offered a refund but had to pay return postage my myself! Will not be shopping here again

What I did receive and kept I was pleased with I did return a pair of boots for £149.99 which was received back and I was advised refunded on 14th jan. it is now 14th Feb and I have still not had the refund. I have chased three times and to,d they are busy and I should be refunded today at latest! Still waiting.ihave been a customer for many years and have never had to return anything but this experience has really put me off ordering anything in future!

Unfortunately our payment providers have advised of some technical issues they had around the date your refund was processed which caused this delay.
