“Absolutely awful customer service!! Boots never arrived had to ask three times for a refund and person in customer services was rude and patronising (Kelly)!! Will never shop with Moda in Pelle again and would advice others to stay clear of this company!! Disappointing and disgraceful service!”

“Extremely poor this time. Returned 1 pair out of 3 ordered. Took phone call after phone call to get refund. 2 telephone staff were extremely rude and couldn't t care less. Clearly doesn't t matter how good a customer you ve been over the years either”

“Ordered 2 pairs of boots, one pair were cancelled and refunded as I was told they didn’t pass their quality checks. The other pair arrived with a damaged zip I returned and did get a refund but not on the postage which I had to pay for as they don’t provide returns labels. Would I buy again ... probably not !”

“Disappointing. Delivery service used by MiP delivered to the wrong address and following two phone calls to Customer Services, Moda in Pelle refused to accept any responsibility for my shoes not being delivered to me.”

“I’ve already replied to this and nobody has bothered to reply. Hermes never collected my boots (or lost them!) so I never got my birthday present. To say I was disappointed is an understatement- shan’t bother again.”

“Delivery way too long. Requested cancellation which was confirmed however 1 x item still arrived, but no sign of my 2nd item, yet i have been charged for both items. Poor overall experience, awaiting a response from customer services.”

“I returned the shoes ten days ago and no email to say you have them. Very poor service. Lots of promotional emails though sometimes three a day. If I could give no stars I would. Abysmal.”

“Boots purchased fell apart after 2 weeks & wearing them twice - customer service not interested to deal with the problem or the image of their brand, and directed me to take the boots back to the retail store I bought them (in another UK country), which I can't easily do. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.”

“Awful customer service. The ankle boots I bought wore away at the heel badly after only three hours wear. MiP wouldn’t refund me & stopped replying to my emails. I have told everyone I know about it and won’t shop there again.”

“I've never had such poor service from a company online. My refund was only partly processed, an exchange I had requested never arrived and chasing for the refund was painful! Staff who don't take time to understand the question and give incorrect information. And I'm still waiting for my refund. Terrible!”

“The shoes I got online had been worn previously. Had to take them back to Belfast store ( could have also sent them back by post but a botheration to repackage). They re-paid the price and postage. Turned me right off this provider.”

“Really poor service, ended up having to go to Leeds to return goods, the Huddersfield store would not accept back and I didn’t want to pay postage on returning three boxes. Wouldn’t order anything from yourselves again.”

“Ordered my lovely shoes when the arrived ,had 2 left feet 1 size 5 one size 4 so disappointed, the ladies said sorry no need to send them back and l could keep them, they were advertised again l was told , they could get them tried again, but with no joy ,keeping my fingers crossed for spring, hoping l can try again”
