“I was very happy with my purchase of two fake fur little scarves, they are super cute and soft. They look great. I had a problem with my order the delivery company lost my parcel but it was sorted immediately and replaced with next day delivery, it was resolved by just one email to customer service I was very impressed”

“Overall the service is from MIP is good. Customer service can do with a little tweeking ie my recent communication with them was longer than it should be, as the issue with the return of a faulty boots was longer than necessary, apart from that I am pleased with MIP and the overall service they provide.”

“I got introduced to Moda in Pelle five years ago by a colleague at work. I will be honest I heard the name but always thought it’s for older generation (although I am sure I sit in that generation anyway what was I thinking) . Who am I kidding ! From boots, work shoes , fashionable sneakers without the sports look and not to mention out out ! . The amount of times I get stopped and asked where I got my footwear. Moda in pelle enables me to be comfortable, fashionable and different with a glam edge !”
