“Very slow refunding. I have been waiting 27 days for a refund. Even though they have accepted they have the return. My refund has still not been processed.”

“Unfortunately my shoes were faulty which was such a shame as fabulous shoes. Waited a week for customer services to respond, unable to telephone as won’t accept calls, eventually returned via Evri and still no refund! Dreadful customer service.”

“Always great delivery But the footwear is , of course , the star of the show. I have had loafers,ballerinas, trainers. sandals and boots over the years,and all have been excellent and are still in my shoe cupboard and still worn !”

“2 pairs of trainers this time- navy pair and black pair. Love Moda in Pelle - can't buy locally so it's either online or when I'm having a shopping trip. They are true to size and always excellent quality. Always a treat when the parcel arrives”

“The linen is good quality and wears well. Thectrousers have washed and ironed well too. Only negative is sizing. Although they are a good fit the elastic in the waist is not very stretchy for getting them on. Also very long. I had to pay to have them shortened”

“I was holding off writing a review as I have been angry at this companies delay in completing refund refunds . They don't acknowledge your return and after many e.mails , I have been advised that they are having internal problems. However ,it doesn't stop them advertising their footwear. It is now 25 days since my return . And still waiting .”
