“I ordered two different pairs of your lovely shoes early in January. One pair eventually arrived and they are gorgeous and comfortable so thank you. Sadly I am still waiting for the second pair that are being returned to you before they can be sent out again to me hopefully using a different courier. Also, I bought a pair of boots retail which I have been wearing frequently. They are amazing and can be worn for hours. I have had several compliments and I have been able to recommend Moda In Pelle.”

“Easy shopping with a great choice! Excellent value, particularly with very good sale prices, this is when I often purchase 2-3 pairs of boots!! The boots I have kept so far are of great quality. Returns are straightforward enough, it can take a little while for your account to be credited but a quick email to customer services sorts that. All in all, a great place to shop :)”

“Always Superb quality shoes , trainers and boots , so rarely have a problem. However, on the odd occasion I have had an issue I have not found the customer services to be 💯 “ on it “ . Doesn’t take away from the quality of the merchandise though ! Always impressive 👍🏼”

“I ordered a pair of boots supposedly reduced to £25.00 from £130.00. I had a further discount that took it down to £20.00. When the boots arrived, I expected them to be an expensive item made from real suede. They were not Moda In Pelle, they were a cheap make, not suede and very uncomfortable. This was not made clear on the website. I returned them for a refund straightaway.”
