“Don't buy if you think you may need to return any item, you will have a long wait for your refund. Still waiting for mine since returning two pairs of trainers by Evri on 1st September, no reply to email from customer service as yet. ticket no 250668”

“The shoes I purchased from Moda in pelle are super comfortable and excellent quality leather. I normally get blisters when wearing new shoes even from high end brands but I was able to wear my modas without any problems straight out of the box. No wearing in required.”

“Terrible customer service. Returned 5 pairs of shoes for a refund and still not been processed, yet you've received them several weeks ago. I'm now £150 out of pocket. Absolutely awful experience and no response to emails.”

“I have now purchased from Moda def more than once,I have never had a complaint, more to the point when my shoes have arrived they have been even better than shown on the website ,also they have all been incredibly comfy . I now try to get what I want from Moda as I never have to return YAY!!”

“Pleasant but dangerous-to-my-purse site. I bought 3 shoes here when I was only looking for a pair of trainers! Love the trainers, comfy, smart and attractive. Also, they’re always sending me discount offers which really does tempt me back. Site is easy to navigate and there’s a good mix of shoes.”

“I returned an order to you which you received on 1 Sept but have still not had refund and it is now 24 Sept. I have tried emailing you and have just tried phoning your customer services but the message states that you are currently closed until 9am, although it was after 9am when I rang. Please could you respond.”

“I sent shoe's back as to big OVER A MONTH AGO... I have tracking and photo proof they got there 2 days later, constantly messaging them NO REPLY, ringing them office closed wkdays and am ringing between office hrs, absolutely disgusting, I bought 4 pair's for choice,style, none suitable, all 4 sent back. I've bought from modainpelle for yrs, I will NEVER Again, very unsatisfied customer”
