“Have already written one review but am happy to write another. I had to return a pair of shoes recently but received no confirmation of their receipt nor, crucially, a refund. Have read many other reviews, all highly critical, so am not holding much hope for a refund anytime soon. I have written a couple of times to the company but each time have been given another ticket number.”

“It was a very pleasant shopping experience on Moda website. I found the shoes I wanted with my size and better price than elsewhere. The shoes were for a holiday, they were very comfortable to wear and very stylish at the same time, they literally ticked all the boxes for my dream shoes, comfy, pretty, easy to match, can be dressed up or down. I have been looking for a pair of these shoes for years, I finally found them. I will definitely keep eye on other shoes in Moda In Pelle, it’s definitely my cup of tea.”

“Absolutely shocking to deal with. Approx a month after returning shoes (which they confirmed receipt of and Royal Mail tracking proved) they still hadn't refunded. Broken promises and lack of response. I was forced to make a paypal claim. Lovely shoes but avoid. Not sure if they are incompetent or on the verge of another administration.”

“Bought 3 pairs of trainers in the sale, which I am very happy with. I ordered 2 sizes in one of the styles. The Order was dispatched 5 days later, delivered 8 days later, a lot longer than most companies. I needed to return the larger size and that was on the 5th September, to a moda in pelle store. I'm still waiting for my refund; it's now the 25th September!! No response to my email as yet sent on 23rd September, so not great service all round!!”

“I absolutly love Moda in Pella and the very quick service too and have been shopping here for years. I have had so many shoes, pumps and boots over the years. I am just waiting on two pairs to arrive and also have a 2 new ones at home I haven't worn yet, and can't wait to wear, I am just planning the outfit to go with the shoes :-) Super quality, comfort and beautiful design.”

“Absolutely love Moda In Pelle! I mainly buy their Bezzie boots ( 5 and counting 🤭) - their leather is so soft and comfortable to wear . I bought summer sandals this year - again for the soft leather and comfy sole - and have worn them lots . They wear well and I would highly recommend this brand for quality , confort , trendy designs & colours !”

“I love all my shoes and trainers from Moda , I recently bought 2 pairs of trainer boots in the sale and I have had lots of comments from my friends and I always tell them where I got them from. I can't wait for the winter collection to come out.”
