“Ordered some boots which were gorgeous but unfortunately too big. Had to send them back, customer service a little slow but resolved quickly and efficiently. Would purchase from Moda again”

“I have ordered numerous pairs of trainers from Moda and each one are a different size although I always order a 6. I checked their foot measurement guide the first time and that advised to order a 7 but when it came it was huge on the length, width and ankle. I next ordered a size 6 and that was too big! Although it is free delivery, I feel it should be free returns also and this is offered on Moda’s outlet shop on EBay. The sizing of their products are not consistent and this is unfair to expect customers to pay to return. I’m not the only person to point this out and there are lots of reviews. Come on Moda, get the sizing sorted out as the products themselves are gorgeous.”

“While I realise it was probably the fault of the carrier, rather than yourselves, since I never received the boots I had ordered I cannot really comment except to say that once I had raised the issue with you, the refund for the undelivered boots was quickly made.”

“Lovely boots, fast delivery but they are so small and narrow. Not true to size at all . Plastic packaging so tight it was impossible to re wrap the box for the return, which isn’t pre paid.”

“The goods and quality of the shoes are very nice, however on the last occasion there was an error hence the star rating. Also having to pay nearly 11% of the goods value to return when it was not my error was hard to accept without a bitter thought. I received the replacement and have had to return do to coming up loose and now cost me another 11% so overall I am definitely out of pocket so will force me to reconsider purchasing any further hoods”

“Lovely quality boots but had to return as too narrow at front. Free returns would have made the process easier plus packaging for returns was poor as original packaging was too small to get back over the box.”

“Lovely snake print boot. Very warm due to the lovely fur around the top. However, they are very narrow fitting and it takes time to unloosen the laces when putting them on. Quite tight around the toe area. Good for the price.”

“I would not buy from Moda again as I was horrified to find I was responsible for paying to return 2pairs of boots which would have cost between £15-£17 to return due to weight size and value (you cannot send £250 worth of boots by simple parcel post without insurance). The company had no sympathy when I pointed this out so they have lost a customer”

“Always loved the brand and bought lots of my shoes and boots from them. Been shopping with them for years. My favourite memories were waiting for the new version of their moccasin each season. They don't seem to have done their usual type for two or three years now and the newer styles have a lower back which cause blisters. Come on MIP please bring them back and make my sister and I two very happy ladies in 2022.”

“Purchased boots online when they arrive there was damage on one of the leather uppers. When speaking to them on phone was going to take 5 days to get new boots out to me and I’d have to pay for the postage, I had to travel a 70 mile round trip to get them changed, in store where they was more than helpful to me all in all good quality boots”

“Love the styles, choice and quality but please sort the sizing out, purchased a perfectly fitting pair of heels in a size 5, then a pair of boots that had to be returned as they were to small and another pair of heels had to be returned as they to were too small and then the replacement was too small too!”

“Ordering is easy delivery is fast. Unfortunately I ordered a pair of frizzle shoes and after wearing them once the logo on the back fell off took them to Cirencester shop and they refused a refund or exchange stating they had to be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment I don’t live in Cirencester and would not be returning there in the near future so have a pair of damaged shoes”
