“Items snapped on first wear on holiday”

“Although I love my purchase from mods in pelle . Unless you make your buying site easier to navigate . I will not be purchasing again . This am . I have tried to repurchase my favourite azalea trainers in the leopard print design . And gave up after half an hour . I had to reset my password several times . It then didn’t recognise the new password. It would not let me checkout as a guest . So I gave up in the end . I contacted you also by phone regarding my previous purchase as it was delivered late , despite me paying for the next day delivery and had also been delivered to the wrong address . My parcel was actually in the process of being delivered to our local church when I recognised the delivery driver . It cost me over £9 to make the call to you to chase up my trainers . And the extra fee for next day delivery was also a waste of money . So to sum up . I love your trainers and have enjoyed wearing them but hate your online order site and delivery service .”

“The shoes I ordered were faulty. The instructions for returning faulty goods were very poor and the time taken to send a refund, despite the goods being faulty, was far, far too long. I will not use this outlet again.”

“Sandals were beautiful, but arrived after I left for abroad. Was disappointed as paid next day delivery but took 8 days to arrive. I have been refunded for the delivery now though.”

“Absolute shambles. I ordered a pair of Asinda in Lilac (20% off deal )and after 10 days or so received notification that these had been dispatched, were on their way and given an Evri tracking number. Lo and behold after 3 weeks they still hadn’t arrived and there was no update on the tracking so I rang MinP only to be told that the order had been cancelled and they were out of stock. How can they have been dispatched if they were out of stock!!!! I really wanted those trainers so scanned the online auction sites and found a pair on MinP’s outlet at full price.”

“Sizing is absolutely wrong. Sent two pairs back, one for exchange and one for refund, all went well refund given and exchange pair arrived. Returned exchange pair for refund two weeks ago still awaiting refund.”

“I recently ordered a pair of Esmee Cameo Leather loafers for a long awaited holiday. Wore them once for 2 hours and the stitching started to come undone along the top of the right shoe. Extremely disappointing -”

“I ordered a size 5 (I'm a 4.1/2 - 5) they were too short in the soule yet too loose on the straps. Returned on 8th I had to call them to see why I hadernt heard anything on 26th, I was told they had received them on 20th, my email confirmation finally came on 28th but telling me I will get my refund in another 10days time. The worst unprofessional experience I have had from a large company, I will not be ordering from them ever again.”

“Dreadful company, I ordered boots for my granddaughter, when they arrived they had not only been used but were in a terrible state, they were all battered to bits and in a box with crumpled tissue paper and hairs, I had to pay not only for return of these faulty goods but was also charged for delivery!!!, dreadful experience for a 72 year old pensioner.”

“I ordered a pair of boots size 39. When delivered the box was size 39 however the boots were size 40. I had to return and pay the postage. Then provide the receipt to claim back the costs. A replacement pair were sent which were the correct size, unfortunately they were faulty as a few of the loops to lace the boots were not attached. Again I paid to return the boots, I am still waiting on the refund for the cost of postage. I am very disappointed and did not request replacement boots.”
