Very disappointing experience. It was my 1st purchase on the Moda in Pelle website. Ordered a pair of trainers on 27 September and paid extra for next day delivery. The trainers arrived on time but were faulty. The metal lace loop had a piece standing proud and i not only cut my finger slightly on it but it also shredded the lace. I returned the trainers using Evri as stipulated on the Moda website and i requested an exchange for the same trainers in the same size. I heard nothing for days. After a while i contacted customer service and provided proof of postage. They told me i had to wait 10 days before they could confirm that the return had been received. Heard nothing once the 10 days had passed so on 19 October I contacted customer service again. I did politely express my disappointment as i had paid next day delivery for trainers i needed urgently but i still hadn't got after more than 20 days. I was told the trainers had arrived back to their warehouse. Then i received an email on 20 September to say that i had been reimbursed. I got no explanation why i didn't get a replacement as i has requested on the form within the returned parcel as per the return instructions. So i can safely say i won't be ordering from your website again, however good your products are.

I was very disappointed with my latest experience. I have made multiple purchases from Moda in Pelle over the past few years and been very satisfied with boots and sandals received. Unfortunately on this occasion I purchased x2 pairs of trainers and neither of them fitted properly, therefore I had to return. As I live in Scotland there are NO available stores to use your free return service and had to pay £15.90 tracked postal service as advised by Moda in Pelle to return these items, a rather hefty charge indeed. Due to this I’m sure you will appreciate I will not be making any purchases in the near future. Beware online customers who live in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Lovely selection of shoes, Terrible customer service and seriously unbelievable It seems nobody cares and I had to make many calls before I managed to get an answer and I never received any apologise nor any compensation.

I have found shoes I have purchased to be very poor quality. The service is really poor also. It’s also ridiculous to have to pay to return products and this puts customers off. You should learn to keep up with your competitors. I will not be purchasing anything again, so many better shoe companies out there.

Received used and damaged shoes. Went to store to complain. Had to pay extra for the exchange. Make a email complaint received a reply, once I explained the situation I was ignored and haven’t heard back since. This was on the 30/8 I am appalled with the customer service received and also the product.

I had bought a pair of Mode en Pelle trainers last year and loved them as they were so comfortable. So, I bought another pair a month ago, the Alejandra black patent trainers, but they're really bulky and approx 1/2 a size too big, they also squeek when I walk, so pretty disappointed with these.

Recently purchased 3 items online. I have made a number of online purchases and this was the first time I’ve had any issues. I wasn’t happy with one item and contacted customer services. No response. The delivery note said I could return the item to a local store so I took it to the shop in Victoria Arcade in Leeds. Staff there couldn’t have been more helpful, they sorted the problem straightaway and I’m now waiting for a refund. An acknowledgment from online customer services would have been nice. I’m still waiting

Unfortunately shoes did not fit they were too big, on sending back it took 3 phone calls, and about 2 weeks from arrival back with them for me to get my money back, very poor service, and one unpleasant member of staff 😢

Shoes not suitable so I returned them to the shop in person on 18 Aug 22 I had to chase the refund and eventually the money went back into my account on the 6 Sept 22 Disgusted

My shoes were damaged on arrival. I emailed about it, more than once and was completely ignored. So would not buy from here again

I placed an order and never received the goods. I flagged up that EVRI had potentially lost my parcel but was told I have to wait seven days. I asked for a replacement pair of shoes to be sent but was refused. When I was finally told that I would not be receiving my parcel the item I wanted had gone out of stock. Terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered sandals for my holidays and as they were too tight I sent them back by special delivery. I’ve still not been credited back, so I wouldn’t recommend Moda in Pelle

Unfortunately I had to return the shoes. Not a great experience. I had to pay for the postage and I am still waiting for the refund (shoes were sent back 12/8). Won’t be buying again as can’t be bothered with the returns process.

I returned items via courier first week August was told my refund would be with me no later than 26 August as confirmed it had been received at warehouse 15 August. TO DATE NO REFUND HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING. A VERY DISAPPOINTED FIRST TIME CUSTOMER..

I have had massive blisters four in total from the Elvita shoes. I have purchases over ten pairs this year abd have never had a problem with -moda shoes I am very disappointed
