Returned the boots as they are too big and I am still waiting for my refund to be deposited in to my bank as I have received an email saying that the refund has been approved! How long does this process take, I have been waiting weeks?

I returned 2 pairs of shoes and they only refunded one pair after 7 emails 4 weeks later they refunded the 2nd pair BEWARE !!! take photo copy of your returned item and postal receipt

I ordered a pair of what looked like lovely boots. I never got to find out how lovely they actually were as they were not delivered. After a few weeks of asking where they were, I chose a refund as the delivery company didn't update their tracking.

Very disappointed actually. I loved the sandals but EVRI didn’t deliver them. They list them 😩

I purchased 2 pairs of boots and a gilet on 21st November so that they would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. I received an email on 5th December asking me if I liked my purchase so I informed customer service that I had not received it. Sporadic replies from customer service since then, Katie from customer service told me "you are welcome to contact your local depot for further information". Now it is 23rd December and I last appealed to customer service to please help me get my purchase before Christmas 4 days ago and still no reply. This is my first and last purchase from Moda in Pelle and if my order does not arrive after Christmas, I will expect a full refund. Delays happen sometimes, parcels get lost but the lack of care and communication from the customer service team needs to be addressed by this company.

Order was delivered quickly & I’ve kept one pair of the 3 I ordered. But I’m put off by the lack of free returns, particularly for footwear which you really need to try on for size. There isn’t a shop near me so I’m unlikely to become a regular customer simply because the cost of the returns has added £8-ish to my order.

Got them for holiday but only tried one on and then when putting them both on found the other shoe on both fastenings were not stitched and in separate layers. Too late, nothing else to wear. Very disappointed with the quality even if they were Hal price ☹️

Unfortunately the Evri delivery service has badly let you down on this occasion. I am now awaiting a refund following my return due to the lateness of the delivery.

The bag I bought isn't fit for purpose. After only 3 uses the fabric is wearing away where it touches my clothes. I've contacted Moda in Pelle and asked for a full refund but I'm still waiting for a response.

The shoes o ordered were of poor quality, I was offered a discount. I wore them on Saturday night put had to take the off as the heel broke off. Not impressed with a pair of shoes that retail at £109.00. I expected more from your brand

Not Modas fault but my boots haven’t arrived. Evri useless. This is the second time this year. Normally I l love my shoes when they arrive!

Terrible customer service. They also resold and sent me ripped shoes I had received and sent back as damaged. Not even a sorry. This was online service not in store. I had another pair sent that clearly had been wore and were in bad shape. Seems their warehouse just puts damaged stock back online to sell.

Faulty boots and not offered exchange only refund. Have to send boots back, pay for postage myself and then if Moda deem the boots to be faulty they will refund me the postage and the cost of the boots but not send me a new pair!

Terrible service. I returned the boots and was told they didn't receive them so was in the process of claiming off royal mail as postage cost over £11 when I contacted them again and they had received them but didn't bother telling me. Caused me a lot of hassle. I'll never buy from them again. Boots were also overpriced and incredibly uncomfortable and the description was wrong about the heel height.

I recently emailed the customer service of Moda after a terrible service in the Leeds Victoria shop, where the manager couldn’t/ wouldn’t make a decision on a a pair of faulty shoes. I still to this day never received a call from or reply to my lengthy email from customer service or the CEO. Luckily I copied in Stephen the owner who did get things sorted… eventually.

Hi Team, I am very disappointed with the service and the shoes. I recently received 2 pairs of beautiful court shoes (same style just different colours) unfortunately one of them felt hard underneath and has left a blister underneath my foot as a consequence. I contacted your department and explained the situation, I explained that I have only worn them around the house therefore I asked customer services for postage to be paid for their return only to be told that I would have to incur the cost myself. This has added insult to injury as I am already upset that they have blistered my left foot and now I have to pay postage to return them. I look forward to hearing from customer services to resolve this.

I recently placed an order which was unsuitable and had to return both items, which I had to pay for as they don't offer free returns . Unfortunately one of the 2 parcel were refunded as one parcel was lost in transit by evri . Moda in pelle were very unhelpful and put the onus on the customer to liaise with evri . Both parties were very unhelpful and passed the buck . Very unhelpful and stressful time . Think twice before ordering.
