I bought my shoes at the end of March and I loved them. They look great and are so comfy. However today I have realised that the black bottom rubber of the sole is peeling off? I work full time in an office so it’s not like I’m walking far in them. I would have given a five star review if not for this happening so soon after buying these shoes. Very disappointed

Payed and ordered shoes weeks ago and the delivery driver returned them without trying to deliver so no shoes

Really nice quality shoes and styles but the online service is lacking. I ordered 3 pairs of pumps only 2 arrived and the shop had to find the 3rd from their own stock. I returned all 3 pairs but still waiting for a refund on the 3rd pair, this was a month ago!

I ordered a pair of shoes on the website and received a confirmation of my order. I was advised a few days later that the shoes were not available. When challenged I was offered a discount on another pair of shoes. This is hardly a way of compensation for not receiving the shoes that I wanted.

Ordering shoes from this company and the shoes themselves are lovely. But their returns service is extremely poor and lets them down. Returns for products this expensive in my opinion should be free. Returns are not free, and when the tracking 'stops working' the customer is expected to chase up the courier service for a refund! It's ridiculous and I won't be ordering from this site again nor recommending it to anyone. I used Hermes returns service which they have an account with and apparently recommend.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my delivery from you. I placed an order in December and at the end of January, I was still waiting for my items. I sent five emails to customer services, reference number 824240 and they said they would look into it. Eventually, I received an email after asking where my order was, and the reply was ‘sorry Hermes have lost your items’ would you like them sent again’ WITH HERMES???? No thank you. If you look at the reviews on Hermes they are known for terrible service. I will only purchase from your site if you ever decide to go to another courier service. You get what you pay for.

Boots needed rehealing after wearing once. Customer service shocking. Refused to refund. Had to open PayPal dispute. Never again..

Some of the shoes are fabulous. The boots In some styles you need very thin ankles! Returning really isn’t the easiest and getting a refund is a bit hit and miss. One pair of shoes damaged. I was told to return and a replacement would be sent. This didn’t happen they refunded the shoes and only one pair of boots not two. Calling customer services or emailing can take some time. To get a replacement for the shoes I needed to email several times and call to be told to reordered. The shoes had gone down in price by that time, every cloud! Such a shame. There are others I would like just hesitant in case I need to return.

I returned a scarf and didn't receive refund. I returned boots and did get refund. Found it difficult to understand as they were returned in same parcel .Never order anything again.

I was disappointed in the boots I purchased online as the stitching/design was faulty on one boot, resulting in my returning them in store. The shop assistants in the Ilkley branch displayed their usual poor attitude, and struggled to understand the system or returns procedure..it took two assistants 15 minutes to arrange the return after constantly entering incorrect information on the till...dreadful unprofessional service & poorly made product. A overall very negative experience.

mediocre experience when it comes to receiving your purchase, delivery is very bad, Moda uses Hermes this company is nationwide known for carelessness, and delays.

Within three weeks of purchase they have fallen to bits split at the back and both heels have collapsed this was after recieving them with the zip stuck which i rectified myself. Poor quality for the price.

I was very disappointed with the experience. Firstly the shoes were defective and when I tried to return them I was told that you wouldn't cover the entire postage cost, even though I had gotten the cheapest possible registered post option. The first time I've ever had to pay to return a defective product and I will be investigating further if this is even legal. Marie Wallace
