“I have not received my goods. These have been lost with the courier Evri. I ordered my sandals to wear in my first day on new job but never received. Even I open the case with the courier and the Moda in Pelle nothing has resolved in two weeks. Very disappointing.”

“I love my navy blue shoes-very comfortable-slightly big but nothing to concern me-I just added a little bit on the inside of one heel ! They are smart with both skirt and trousers-they arrived quickly and will be worn on many occasions”

“Happy feet. I bought a pair of Piarra suede and patent leather ankle boots, they are so stylish and sooooooo comfortable. Look good with a dress too. Ordered online and really quick delivery. Thank you for my happy feet.”

“Awful company to deal with . Returned an item on 6th April .. still no refund on 1st May despite me constantly chasing it . Keep being told it has been processed when clearly it hasn’t and now no one answering calls or emails. Strongly advise do not use this company.”

“Edulis camel leather shoes. Truly the most unwearable shoes I’ve ever purchased. There is a button at the back of the heel that digs in and makes these shoes impossible to wear.”

“I ordered a pair of leather ankle boots that were beautiful but too large . Having paid for a tracked first class return I have had neither a smaller size or refund . I have had no communication and sm so very disappointed. I will not recommend this site .”

“Absolutely dire customer service and care. Despite phones lines saying open, they are closed! Despite saying web chat, none available on website. Despite numerous emails, no contact! Delivery absolutely appalling, lead times are ridiculous and when it does arrive, different size shoes in box! Cannot make contact to resolve As a regular customer and long time purchaser at Moda in pelle, I will not be buying online again I am afraid if this is the standard of customer care”

“Fantastic Burgundy knee high boots. Beautiful colour. Good quality leather. Look like they will be very durable. Stretch back ideal for larger calves. Just as described. Bought in sale so excellent value. Very happy with this purchase.”
