“'Returns policy' and '3 for 2 offer' spoilt what would have been a satisfactory purchase. Read the terms and conditions before purchasing. I bought 5 pairs of shoes and needed to return 2 pairs as they did not fit (sizes, especially width vary considerably) however, I only received a partial refund for these and not the full price I paid as they average the cost of the 'free' item across all purchases. So despite purchasing 3 pairs, I did not get a free pair because of this bizarre policy! Also return postage is expensive and refunds are very lengthy, expect over 10 days!”

“Purchased the suede and leather tote bag just recently. It's absolutely gorgeous, great quality. I love this company I must have 20+ pairs of shoes / trainers / sandals and boots. Even scarfs. Whenever I'm looking for new footwear this is my first choice. They have great sales too”
