“Hi , I’m at that age when comfort is paramount when it come to shoes. Moda in Pelle do not sacrifice comfort for style. I recently bought some Othelia boots mostly for walking my dog. They are so comfy with good tread. I feel really safe in them which is important in the winter. I just bought another pair. I say when you find something good duplicate it ! I’m never disappointed in the quality of Moda in Pelle. I’m a young 72 year old and you will never see me dressing in old ladies shoes. One has standards you know ! Julie”

“Ordered next day delivery and received the boots 9 days later .Numerous phone calls to be cut off.Emails took days to respond .When I received the boots the box was saturated but the boots were not destroyed .”

“The boots I ordered were very nice but too small so I had to return them for a refund. Unfortunately it has been 10 days now since they were delivered back to you but to date I haven’t received a refund. I emailed your customer service team who acknowledged my query 3 days ago but still haven’t received any confirmation of when I will receive my refund. Whilst I appreciate it is a very busy time of year I think this service is pretty poor.”

“I recently ordered some boots and paid for next day delievery.I never receieved the boots but was informed by the courier EVRI that they were at my local delivery depot on 8th Dec. I raised a chat bot enquiry when they were never delivered. EVRI do not provide a reliable service , they lie about attempted delivery, deliver to the wrong address or simply misplace parcels.They do not update the status of your parcel and it is not possible to speak to or contact a real person to raise concerns. Moda should use a more reliable courier service or Royal Mail to avoid such dissapointment and frustration for their loyal customers.”
