“Materials used in the making of one of the shoes has started to worn out”

“I bought sandals but they were too small so I posted them back .... I complained because I had to pay postage you then very kindly gave me a voucher code for 10% off my next purchase .... however when I tried it it didn’t work as they were in the sale ..... too much trouble won’t be shopping with you anymore ....sorry”

“Look great and fit perfectly but disappointed that the sole chipped on the heel the first time I wore them and they leave black marks on polished flooring.”

“Shoes arrived, looked absolutely beautiful. I take a size UK 6 in every shoes shop with no issues. I sized up to a seven in these so my feet wouldn't rub against the back. The size sevens arrived and they were tiny - I could even get my feet into them. This was super annoying and even more annoying to then find that I have to pay the postage for the return! Won’t be buying here against!”

“The sandals I ordered arrived promptly as advertised. Sadly the item is advertised as gold but is definitely rose gold and one sandal is marked.”

“I don't think you really want my review! I ordered some gorgeous red suede boots in the sale, only to find that when they arrived they were two different colours! Happily, when I complained about having to pay return postage costs I was refunded very quickly and efficiently, but I won't be shopping on line with Moda in Pelle again. Top marks customer service, bottom marks quality control.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers (Order Reference: 331718 (WEB331718) and the left one has a problem inside. I can’t return it straight away because of the lockdown but i will make sure i will never buy it again without trying.”

“I purchased three pairs of boots and all far smaller than the 7 they are supposed to be. Three friends who also take same size, none fitted them. I spoke with your customer services and was basically nothing wrong.? In the current situation I cannot return them from spain so after what was a very good offer turned into a nightmare. I have purchased from you before and been fine, not this time.”

“The boots I have received are scratched on the one boot I don't know what to fo withctgem as I Carnt get to post office as I have been classed as vunrable don't think leather is as soft as the ones I saw in shop either”

“I ordered a pair of boots. They arrived quickly apart and were gorgeous apart from the very large and sharp tack left pointing up inside. I only found this when trying on and puncturing my heel! Customer services were quick to return my payment but considered the fact that I had rammed said tack into my door considered it a mere inconvenience. I have been offered 20% off my next order but I find this insulting as I get 10% for filling this review in!!”

“Ordering was easy, but unfortunately the shoes were way too small for a size 39 uk size 6. Couldn’t even get my foot in them. So they were sent back.. a real shame as I was afraid to order again.”

“Boots were fine but did not fit, so have been trying to return them to no avail. I have booked and paid for return but it has still not been collected. I have spent 10 pounds on postage for an item that I am not keeping! I will not be using the site again for future purchases. I am disabled and cannot go to a Post Office, especially during the current health crisis.”

“I loved the boots which I ordered, but they were slightly too big. I put them in to the shop via Hermes, just before lockdown, with the request for a size smaller. Unfortunately Hermes does not seem to have delivered them back to Moda in Pelle, and the tracking seems to have gone silent. I am hoping they will eventually reappear, and I can get my size smaller lovely boots!”

“Absolutely Love the purchase however not happy that a couple of weeks later the boots I bought were reduced again to £40!! I paid £89. Obviously not happy about this....”

“Beautiful shoes and bag but had to return as didn’t match my wedding outfit. Not free returns so cost me £11 to return them!!! Extortion!! Will not be ordering from them again- so disappointing”
