Poor product, poor quality and diabolical service. I bought a pair of sandals during lockdown. I thought I was onto a pretty safe bet as I'd had the same sandals 2 summers previously, loved them and wanted to replace them after they'd worn out. When the sandals arrived the quality was poor and the fit was narrow compared to the previous pair. I was very disappointed and when I queried whether it was fair for me to have to pay return postage on top of delivery in these circumstances (i.e. buying an identical replacement) the only help I got was research a courier online. The reply I got also said that the sandal was the same as previous seasons which clearly implies my feet must have changed over this period. They have not. I sent a response to the email received and whilst the automated system acknowledged it, I then got no further reply, therefore I simply returned the product. Eventually I received an email to say my return had been accepted and a refund would be in my account within 5 working days. After 2 weeks there was nothing and so I was obliged to chase. The response was that there was a problem with Klarna and it would now be going through. I find myself wondering if I would ever have received the refund had I not chased. I used to be such a fan of this brand but will never shop with them again, nor recommend to anyone.

Wish I could have given this zero stars. The shoes themselves are lovely but the service I received was not of a level I would expect. The 1st pair I ordered were size 4 and too small, thus had to return them at an extortionate cost to myself of £8.70. (Please make the fact that returns are not free more evident). This was approx 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting on my refund. The second pair arrived damaged so they sent me out a new pair and ofcourse I had to change MIP for a refund on the postage. I then contacted MIP about my refund on the original pair as I received an email on 19th June to say my refund was being processed, they told me there was an error and that I had to contact their bank Klarna as they couldn't help me. I contact Klarna to then be told there was an error with my refund and I had to fill in an online form, this was now 3rd July. I have now received an email to say the money will be back in my account in the next 5 days. This is well over 5 weeks now and not acceptable. I love MIP shoes but I will never purchase of MIP directly again. In todays market you definately need to improve on your customer service, after all it is your customers who keep your business going.

My shoes arrived in second hand condition. I complained and was told to return and they would refund plus pay £5 towards postage. I returned on 5th June and it took until 4th July for the refund to be processed. I give up on the £5 for postage as I don’t expect to get this. Utter rubbish company and will never buy from them again.

Lovely sandels but had to return as faulty. Third time wearing sandels the strap came away. Very disappointed as heard great reviews about their footwear. Heather Breslin

Had to return the sandals as they weren't a matched pair. The colour of the trim around the edge of one sandal was much darker than on the other.

You should allow people to give NO stars at all to companies that are aggressive and intimidate their customers.I have made three purchases from this company.The first one was acceptable but truly not exactly what was expected but said nothing and kept it.The second purchase was soiled with black marks on a white wedge.I could NOT have kept those and it was not easy and there was an argument about me getting the shipping cost back.Why should I have to keep faulty goods?Shipping is NOT cheap and the worst thing I did was to purchase anything from this company.I keep on being bombarded all day,everyday with promo emails from them.Even if I am looking at the items,I am receiving emails from them”Can we help you with your purchase?” They do not describe the items properly and in fact I have had to let them know that they do not put sizes of scarves up; they still have not corrected this issue.With distant selling it is very very hard for consumers to gauge the quality,feel and comfort of the product(mainly with shoes!) unless such item is received and tried.Most other companies selling shoes accept that fact and would allow and cover returns themselves which is very fair and an incentive to the customer because it is very difficult when it comes down to shoes...the quality of the leather,suede or any fabric used cannot be felt until received. I recently purchased a clutch bag from this company(the Dainelle clutch).It is nowhere near what I expected.The leather does not feel good but the main issue is that the zip will not last.I tried opening the bag; it was stiff and when the zip reaches one end, it is with GREAT difficulty that I was able to close the bag and on top of that this is supposed to be a crossbody bag and there was no strap within the packaging.I wrote to them and explained that this bag is faulty,not what I expected and without any necessary strap(they would not acknowledge that there was no strap).I received a phone call from them, on my personal phone to intimidate me and I was not allowing me a chance to explain myself because they have decided that they will not give me my postage back if I send it back.This is gross misconduct on their part to do this to their customers.I shall have to put this on social media to warn people of their way of dealing with customers.We are going through HARD times,why should we accept goods that are NOTHING near perfect for the good hard earned money that we pay for them?????I feel EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and APPALLED by the treatment they have given me.Truthfully they ought to retrain their customer service who are aggressive and completely ruined my day.They would not let me speak and I had to say goodbye because I could not take anymore.I am SO SO upset by this and I shall have to take this matter further.They just cannot treat people like this.

To be fair this was not Moda in Pelle fault but Hermes damaged the parcel en route to me and there were no further stocks so I am very disappointed.

Both boots have white marks on the leather. Could get through to anyone to arrange return as don’t feel it’s right I have to pay the postage for a faulty item

I am blind and pressed the wrong address on Amazon. The expensive shoes were delivered to that address, a branch of Barclays Bank. My husband wrote a letter to the delivery address but we heard nothing. No compassion from Moda in Pelle who could have helped. . Will not be shopping there again unless I get a reply to this

Ill-fitting. I’m a 6.5 so bought 6 as no half sizes on offer. They were the strangest fit with the heel area only being very wide and my heel sliding up and down no matter what socks I tried. Also very expensive to return them. I won’t be purchasing online from you again

I think your shoes are very pretty, I have ordered a pair of shoes and sandals. Unfortunately, both pairs I had to return. They are extremely narrow for me. I suggest you offer a wider fit selection to cater for ladies with high insteps. Please take note.

During these extraordinary times and in light of retail business trying to continue Moda In Pelle should include a free return postage offer as the option to return to your local shop is not available. I recently returned a purchase and am now out of pocket as a result

Bag arrived damaged. Called customer services no reply and then emailed - no reply!!! Last item I purchased was Also damaged, cost me return postage and has again with the bag So I’m not very happy. Almost £10 in return postal fees due to faulty goods

Ordered sandles, first wear and they snapped so we’re unwearable. Your customer service was however excellent as I sent photos and they apologised and issued a refund. I tried to glue the sandle , but then on and then the other sandle broke! They are in the bin. Disappointed as they were my summer sandles and I love my trainers I have from yourself (many pairs)

Your foot wear used to be extremely comfortable.. but alas the last pair of boots I bought were tight for the size and not comfortable.
