This is the second time I have ordered shoes and paid for them to have them cancelled and refunded at a later date if they’re not in stock you should not advertise them !!!!

The most uncomfortable sandals ever. They do not flex at all and I got the worst blister after wearing them for just half an hour.

Extremely disappointing and due to the reception I received when I asked for help it’s unlikely I will recommend or shop again. This is a shame as I’ve been pleased with products and service in shops and on line in the past.

Ordered 2 pair, both lovely, unfortunately 1 pair was too big. Waited until the meadowhall shop reopened after lockdown. They were not taking returns😡returned via Hermes which customer pays for.... not happy with that. Shame , I won’t order again ! 1 star is for service, generally I do like the shoes.

Disgusting quality shoes at a RIP off prices. Shoes fell apart within 2 weeks. Never again will I buy from this company.

Not at all happy with having to pay for returns as this is not made obvious when ordering also very disappointed with quality of shoes ordered and the fact that your shops are open I think the cross contamination excuse is a total load of rubbish as I can try on in your shop and return to your shop if purchased from there!!! I will not be purchasing any further items from your company that I must have had at least a dozen pairs of shoes over the years and several handbags - VERY disappointed customer.

The opio rose gold povair sandles very disappointing, on the first day out of box the diamante fell out around the edge of sandles.

Unfortunately the trainers came up really large so I had to return them. I wasn’t aware I would need to pay for the return which was disappointing and would put me off ordering again.

I spent £13 returning shoes. Most online brands give free delivery and returns. I would be very reluctant to order from Moda In Pelle again.

Ordered 4 pairs of boots. Sent three back with Parcel Force Special delivery total cost £20. Moda have charged me for two pairs of boots. I am in dispute with them over this issue. You can't talk to anyone in customer services. Very disappointed

Will never shop online with Moda In Pelle again. Only company not to offer free returns during lockdown yet unable to return to store. Ended up paying £20 to return items due to value of them. Even the return was not done properly as one 1 item refunded even though another pair of shoes were in the same parcel. Poor customer service and will never shop with them again.

Tried to order using Klarna then tried to cancel my order. You said it had already been processed and to get my refund quickest I should turn away the delivery. It was delivered without notification and took SO long for my refund due to a Klarna technical issue

Poor product, poor quality and diabolical service. I bought a pair of sandals during lockdown. I thought I was onto a pretty safe bet as I'd had the same sandals 2 summers previously, loved them and wanted to replace them after they'd worn out. When the sandals arrived the quality was poor and the fit was narrow compared to the previous pair. I was very disappointed and when I queried whether it was fair for me to have to pay return postage on top of delivery in these circumstances (i.e. buying an identical replacement) the only help I got was research a courier online. The reply I got also said that the sandal was the same as previous seasons which clearly implies my feet must have changed over this period. They have not. I sent a response to the email received and whilst the automated system acknowledged it, I then got no further reply, therefore I simply returned the product. Eventually I received an email to say my return had been accepted and a refund would be in my account within 5 working days. After 2 weeks there was nothing and so I was obliged to chase. The response was that there was a problem with Klarna and it would now be going through. I find myself wondering if I would ever have received the refund had I not chased. I used to be such a fan of this brand but will never shop with them again, nor recommend to anyone.
