Bought some sandals should have been £70 i paid £20 and not even happy about that. All the jewels dropped off after wearing them for about 2 hours.

My latest purchase ended up being glued on the toes of both trainers, I was disgusted at this, they had been only worn4 times, and both were parting, they wouldn’t replace and I have been a loyal customer, buying many, many pairs of shoes over the years, is this the new Moda in Pelle, wanting to bodge shoes up with repairs, they were obviously faulty, and they should have taken responsibility and replaced, they had photos, so I’m not as keen to shop with them much

I have ordered before and been very happy however I left a note on the door to leave them next door , I also email carrier who confirmed they’d leave them at neighbours as I was away a couple of days family emergency. And they didn’t turn up tried emailing carrier and phoning , had no joy so gave up . And I have now moved address in the last few days so had bigger things to think about .

Very disappointed, after a few years, the leather has come away from the sile on both shoes. They're now unbearable which is a pity as I loved the.

Would have returned my order as shoes are very narrow however due to the cost of returning I have instead decided to try and stretch them out/ pass them on to a charity shop. Disappointed that stores are not accepting refunds and the customer is still expected to pay return postage.

So disappointed. Sole of shoes came apart within 2 weeks. Local store refused to accept online returns. Protracted postal return more trouble than its worth. Plus being out return postage costs! Will never shop online with Moda again.

Good Afternoon I am so sorry to read of your experience with your recent purchase. Your local store should have been able to assist based due to the nature of your return - I will pick this up. I can see from notes that we did agree to cover the costs of the return postage but we have not received the items back just yet. I bought a pair of flat sandals and they hurt my feet. The kind of buckle has damaged Them. I have written to them and Sent them pictures but nothing so far. Faulty shoes

Beautiful shoes but they won’t fit. No stretch on the strap at the back of the shoe. You’d have to have a very slim foot to fit. Don’t waste your time ordering as you will be very disappointed

I bought a nice pair of high heel shoes. I wore them once to go to dinner nearby (I walked); by the time I arrived home, the sole of the shoes had worn off some much, particularly at the point where the straps would be fixed between the sole and the inner lining, that I had to return them. I requested my money back as I clearly did not intend to but disposable shoes. They then return them repaired and sent me an e mail saying they could not refund me because I had worn them. The fact that they had to repair a pair of shoes that had only been worn once clearly shows that they are not fit for purpose, they are of bad quality and/or faulty Their cobbler has kind of filled in the worn off parts of the sole and changed the heels I don’t want these shoes, I want my money back Appalling customer service Dates of purchase and return clearly show that I did not have the shoes in my possession for long and I only wore them once. I want my money back I am not satisfied with the patched up shoes. Sorry

Disappointed with these sandals. The disc turns as you walk and then sits proud on your foot which looks odd. I raised this but was told it was not a fault and was refused a refund.

I have tried to access my account to buy pair of shoes and it proved impossible it kept taking me back to the same page so I abandoned it

NO SHOEHORN. I received my parcel, the packaging was baggy instead of shrink wrapped which surprised me. Two pairs of sandals and Gel feet as I had ordered - but not the shoehorn I had also ordered. I was very disappointed with the call taker when I rang up to enquire - she made me feel she did not believe me that the shoehorn was not in the parcel. She was distracted on the phone, and I could not hear her properly - when I asked her to please speak up she terminated the call because she said I was shouting at her. All for a shoehorn (which I still haven't got, but for which I have already paid).

Bought the shoes for my holiday. First impressions were that they were beautiful. Sadly the sole came away from the sandal part on my second day of wearing requiring a trip to a store to purchase superglue. Not expected for such expensive shoes.

The shoes I recently purchased from you recently were not advertised as seconds any you should never have sent them to me you knowing they were ,I feel this was a type of scam. I had intended purchasing from you 2 pairs oF boots but this experience has extremely put me off. I feel so disappointed as I all ready own3 pairs of moda pelle shoes.. I am not expecting you to reply but would’ve appreciated.Wendy Elstone

I have been disappointed ☹️. The toe posts are shorter on the left foot and customer services have said to return them. My grip is that you don’t offer a return label but ask customers to return and then send proof and you will refund the postage! Not the best customer service in this day and age!
