“Returned product to store on 22/1/26 still waiting for refund. Difficult to get any help from customer services. From other reviews I can see this is a common problem. Will not use Moda in Pelle again.”

“Hi I have bought 5 pairs of your ankle boots and another pair today to find that your free delivery does not apply to me. Might I politely remind you that in Northern Ireland we are British and as such I feel entitled to your offer of free postage. I had free postage from your shop in Belfast so why not now? I feel some - not all - companies treat us Northern Ireland consumers very badly and need to rethink their obligations to loyal customers. I am sorry you closed your shop in Belfast as your size 3 ankle boots fit me perfectly. Anne”

“I love Moda in Pelle they have quality shoes and boots . I absolutely loved my shoes I was gutted having to send them back unfortunately they didn’t fit me my they were too big I wish they would do slim fitting and half sizes I would buy lots . I tracked my return and saw it in the depot on the cage Friday the 30 January I’m just waiting on my refund . Lynn”

“Prompt service, good quality leather and stitching. Comfortable to wear but look very stylish. (The only reason it isn't full marks is because 2 weeks after I bought them the prices was reduced by £30!)”

“Moda IP has become a go to brand for me in recent years, I buy Moda IP for my daughters too. Always reliable and good quality. The Designs are great, nicely edgy while being good every day footwear. I get constant compliments for the Aleyza boots I've worn them so much, I'm about to buy a second pair in case the first ones wear out!”
