“Excellent choice of poultry feed and competitive pricing - best that I have seen. Prompt dispatch and delivery - delivery cost was less than other companies charge. Only negative was the poor packaging- box was of inadequate quality and arrived damaged with one of the bags of feed burst inside with some coming out of the damaged box.”

“Service was great - delivery was quick, although to the wrong address but the lady managed to find me on Facebook! The only issue I have is with the product itself and I have had to email the manufacturer as it seems they have changed their recipe. Not Millbry Hill’s problem though.”

“Speed of service was excellent as always but part of my order was for 150 fat balls and at least 30 of them were broken. I'd expect for a few to get smashed during transit but not that many.”

“Delivery on time with correct contents. The box carrying the tins of dog food was a bit battered and could have been packed better. This resulted in 6 very bent tins but as they were still useable I didn't contact Milbourne Hill. Hopefully next time I order they will be packed better.”

“I ordered a number of products online and they are great quality and the best price I could find too. The order process was very user friendly and it arrived on time (even during COVID 19 which is great). The only negative thing I could say is that the delivery charge was a bit excessive. And that when tracking the parcel it told me it would arrive a day earlier than it did. But it still arrived on time.”

“Bought 3 pairs of childs Pikeur riding breeches, very happy with the products and delivered quicker than expected. I only give the company 4 stars as their website doesn't have a childs size chart. Their customer service staff are however extremely helpful, they contacted one of their stores to physically measure the waist and leg length so I could purchase the correct size. Will definitely use them again.”
