“The items I ordered took a while to get to me, there was a problem in the stock room. I would have appreciated being informed as I ran out of the supplement before being notified there was a problem.”

“Happy with products ordered. Dogs love the 'new flavour' dental sticks. I really like the jacket bought in sale - though little snug at the moment due to Covid weight :-); a reason to now get that shifted... Delivery was several days later than expected, and I completely understand this will be due Covid working restrictions. The 4 stars were simply due to no reply being received to an email enquiry.”

“Excellent choice of poultry feed and competitive pricing - best that I have seen. Prompt dispatch and delivery - delivery cost was less than other companies charge. Only negative was the poor packaging- box was of inadequate quality and arrived damaged with one of the bags of feed burst inside with some coming out of the damaged box.”
