“I have recieved deliveries from you for a number of years now. For the first time one of the bags was open along the top.so food had come out into the white bagging. I think it must have been a fault from the Burns factory”

“I've bought many products from Millbry over the years and always had good service and pricing. I've only given 4 out of 5 starts as the only gripe I have, is the speed of delivery. Every time I order, its always a good 10 days or so before I get my goods. When I order goods online it's because I need it quickly, not two weeks later :( As our weather has changed recently and gotten cooler and a bit wet, I ordered a lightweight turnout for my companion pony but he's ended up with a few good soakings as the rug was so slow to turn up. I'll admit that I will look to other websites first when needing goods, as a result of slow delivery.”

I have looked into your order and i can cofnirm that the estimated delivery date that we provided at the check out was the 11.09.2020. Please note that the delivery dates arent usually this far apart from the date of order but at the moment Fed-Ex is delayed due to the pandemic. “Ordered these boots which took 5 working days to be despatched, they were sent by the Royal Mail, not your fault but as we were at work, I asked RM to leave around the side of my house in a storage box. They left them on the front door step in clear view!”
