“Fast delivery - arrived before I got an email to say parcel was on way. Good products. Only disappointment was that 1 item a pair of reins couldn’t be found and I would have liked to have been offered an alternative - bridle wasn’t a lot of good without reins which I’ve bought from another company”

“Prompt delivery. I had bought the garment to take on holiday, but it has a mark/stain on it, so I need to send it back. I tried to contact you by phone, to find out your online service is only Mon - Fri. I am hoping the cost of returning this item will not be deducted from my refund. I will however try ordering this item again.”

“I love my Shires yard gloves - they are brilliant. Can’t give a 5 as I had to pay almost a £5 for a small package to N Ireland!! I know some sellers do this - perhaps time to update your postage within the UK. We’re in the same postal system not a small island ☹️”
