“Good service but.... every time I order cluck and collect I don’t receive an email to let me know it’s arrived at the store. This has happened the last twice. I emailed to ask if it was there but again no answer?!”

“Excellent jacket and value for money, my only criticism is the size, my sons 5 in June 21 so ordered a size 5, wish I’d ordered a 6 as won’t get much wear out the size 5. Otherwise great jacket and would have been full stars.”

“No one seems to know how it happened but Millbry Hill sent me 30 kg of horse feed. I live in central London and we haven't had horses here for over 100 years. That said when they realised collecting the horse feed was more expensive than leaving it with me it left me with another problem. How to consume 30 kg of horse feed. Fortunately through social media the feed has gone to a good home. Thank you for providing some novelty to me in Covid Lockdown 3.”

“I would have given Millbry Hill five stars as the delivery and items were good (although a little more expensive as elsewhere), but the thing that made it really difficult for me in this time of Covid was the return. I don't have a printer, so I had to go to the post office and queue with all the people (several of whom weren't wearing masks and others not keeping social distance) to send a couple of items back. That was really stressful! If only you had included a label, I could have just popped it in a mailbox. However, you did have the Joules jumper with the adorable Scottie that was sold out everywhere, which I like a lot and kept.”

“Purchased from Millbry Hill as item I compare prices on was on offer here. Easy to order and good communication via email. Used click and collect as a friend lived close to store otherwise the £7.99 delivery fee would have had me shop elsewhere......yep probably Amazon who's price was similar and free delivery. I do shop local where I can but also need to watch the pennies.”

“Millbury hill gave a lovely service was good &I placed 2 orders when 1 couldn't come because stocks were gone they return money promptly.The actual product was well packed & our horse loved them & I've passed on name to 2 other people. The treats are are well made great”
