If I could give no stars I would. My coat arrived with a large pen mark on it, shoved into the smallest postage bag possible like a piece of rubbish. Needless to say I returned the coat and had to pay £11 for return postage due to the value of the coat, only to be refunded £4.99 for return postage. Would never buy from this company again.

Dear Sir/Madam, It is nearly 2 weeks from when I placed my order with your company, please can you confirm when my goods will arrive as this purchase is one of my Special gifts for my partners Christmas presents. It's now Christmas eve. Why are they taking so long to arrive ? Please, Please confirm they will arrive today otherwise I will have to make alternative plans. I can see that there has been a discrepency in relation to the signature for the acceptance of the parcel. Ordered a sack of horse feed approx. 10 days ago , when order still hadn't arrived checked after that time I checked on your couriers Fedex website using tracking number to see when delivery was expected to learn it had been in their depot for over a week and was due to be delivered to me that same day before 18.00 , delivery never arrived so called your customer services next morning to be told that my home address didn't tally up with my delivery address ? no idea how this has occurred ? but surely someone could have called or emailed me to let me know there was a problem ? I had ordered this online to save me having to drive quite a distance to buy from a store but it looks like I now have to drive there anyway as have almost run out of it . Very shoddy service so wont be ordering off you again . Maybe you need to rethink who your couriers are as they aren't doing a very good job at the moment and maybe email your customers if there is a problem with their orders .

I am very disappointed with the service I have received, the boots I ordered look like they have been on display wrinkled around ankle and faded. I wanted to exchange them for another pair and was offered a Good Will Gesture for some boot cream ..I find this insulting, £400 pair of boots, any professional retailer would exchange them, I will go direct to supplier as I am sure I will get the correct service I should of been offered by yourselves.

It took 14 days to get my order, it had an item missing but still charged and the shampoo was not wrapped and leKed over my rugs!! All in all a shocking service and experience. I Bought a new pony and wanted some nice things for her so it was supposed to be an exciting purchase! How wrong it was. Shan't be using you again....

Hi I'm very sorry to say I'm so disappointed..a couple of years ago used your company every month.moved away so stopped ordering. recently started using you guys again but in the meantime of waiting a hell of a long time for my order and it being sat at the delivery depot for about 2 to 3 days I went to pets at home to get me through. So anyway your delivery arrived all packaging on my tins of food was all split and ripped the first two tins of Andrea Grant I used were okay but today opened two cans and what I can only to find that they were full of some kind of liquid and absolutely stunk.i am strongly disappointed in you guys hence the 1 star

Absolute joke of a courier service!! Still waiting for goods that originally should of arrived on Wednesday. Contacted Millbry Hill who placed another ‘next working day order’ so the goods should of arrived today (Thursday) as stated in an email but I have received nothing. Really dissatisfied!!
