“One order arrived in two parts, two signs. The first - dry dog food - arrived in additional package. The original plastic bag was broken both ends, so the dog had a second Christmas. The second - tinned dog food - had a box, inside the box a FedEx bag, then the original package. Nice try, the bin full than. Not impressed, but happy with it.”

“I ordered a 15kg bag of readigrass which was despatched by Fedex in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the bag had got quite damaged as wasn’t put in additional packaging. It was covered in brown tape to hold it together. It doesn’t look like a lot of the grass has been lost but obviously makes using it more tricky as bag is ripped.”

From time to time there are some excellent offers, and recently I got a good deal on two pairs of Ariat country boots which are usually extortionate. The communication regarding delivery is a bonus. Knowing the exact day and time slot is extremely helpful.”

“Would be five star except the carrier they use won’t leave a heavy(24kg) item with neighbours! So I had to drive to there depot to collect as they don’t delivery on weekends! I have used Millbry Hill many times no issues with them, but would suggest they discuss matter with the chosen courier.”
