“No problem ordering, the issues are really with the carrier and the fact that they didn't deliver as expected as they couldn't find my address, even though I live on Main Street! I would use again, but would like some certainty around delivery, even if it's just a reliable date.”

“Rug recieved within four days and at a good price. Would order again. Delivery could have been slightly quicker. Ordered another rug at same time from Naylors which arrived within 24 hrs with free delivery. This was unexpectedly quick though!”

“One order arrived in two parts, two signs. The first - dry dog food - arrived in additional package. The original plastic bag was broken both ends, so the dog had a second Christmas. The second - tinned dog food - had a box, inside the box a FedEx bag, then the original package. Nice try, the bin full than. Not impressed, but happy with it.”
